This beautiful 1 bedroom heritage home is the "Original Lock Masters House" located in Newboro Ontario. Built in 1863 and much later moved to it's present location, it retains it's original charm although it has been renovated recently. It is used as a vacation rental and is totally furnished and equipped with good sized eat in kitchen, small living room, new bathroom and large 2nd storey bedroom with new queen size bed. There is an air tight wood stove in the kitchen for those chilly winter days. The lower level of the house is used for the Newboro Soap Company where my wife Dani produces custom soap and bath products. The property is off highway #42 in the village of Newboro( 40 minutes from Kingston). This property is within walking distance to Newboro Lake, Newboro Locks, and 5 minute drive to Westport where there are great local services/restaurants/grocery etc. Also on the same property we have a 2 bedroom house, fully furnished and equipped. These 2 houses can be rented separate or as a group to accommodate up to 6 people.
