Newly renovated beach house!!! We are located at 639 Main Street. Right on the main drag and less than a kilometre walk (800 meters) to Sauble Beach and the downtown core. Enjoy all that Sauble Beach has to offer. Ropes course, lazer tag, trendy eateries, arcade, mini golf, sauble falls and of course the beautiful beach and crystal clear waters. All while staying at our newly renovated Beach House. We have 4 bedrooms, including two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom and a quad bunk bedroom with custom made twin bunks. This house sleeps 10! In addition, each room is equipped with a smart TV, featuring Netflix. Two full piece bathrooms, upstairs has a walk in shower and a soaker tub, downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower, and the two piece bathroom is off the back entrance. Living room is spacious with an electric fireplace, open concept kitchen where everyone can be together. Custom kitchen table seats 8, and the kitchen island has 4 counter stools. Main level offers a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. The backyard is spacious with beautiful big trees. Enjoy a campfire, or relax outside on two upper decks just off the living room and kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the enmities you will need. | Perfect for family with kids!
Our stay here was fantastic. The home offered the best space for us. It had plenty of beds and bathrooms for our party. It was an easy walk to the beach/village every day. Close to all amenities we could ever need, grocery store and bank right across the street, pharmacy, convenience store, restaurant right next door.....everything was just simple and made for a nice vacation. The home is renovated and bright. Lots of thought was given to use of space. We enjoyed coffee on the front deck daily....nice easy was to start the day. Thank you Tracy for hosting us!

| We loved our stay at the beach house. Location is great: short walk or bike ride to the beach, right across the street from grocery store, restaurant immediately next door. The house is very spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor space. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again :)

| We had a great time staying at Tracy's cottage. It's beautiful, clean and spacious and within easy walking distance to the beach and amenities. The cart provided is great for easily taking beach chairs, towels, etc. to and from the beach. We could see they put a lot of time and effort into the renovations, and It was great having both a front and back elevated deck, meaning we would enjoy people-watching from the front, and lots of privacy in the back. We used the fire pit almost every night, and again felt we had tons of privacy.
Each time I emailed/texted Tracy, she replied immediately and was very helpful. She's a wonderful host and helped make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
While there we celebrated two birthdays, and for one we went to Laszlo's Restaurant which was right next door. Food was excellent and servings were large, and everyone in our group of 8 enjoyed an excellent meal - I would highly recommend!

| The Sauble Beach House is absolutely stunning. Every detail in every room has a beach vacation vibe. Close to the main area for after dinner walls and excellent location, right across from valu mart. Even on rainy days there is plenty to keep the family entertained, there are games and plenty of tvs. The kitchen and living room was the perfect size for the 9 of us. The fire pit in the evenings makes you feel like you are in the woods. The rooms were very comfortable. Tracy & Jeff are excellent hosts!! We had an amazing week.

| I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was! The great experience started even before we arrived, Tracy is organized and so responsive, everything was perfect when we arrived. The cottage was beautiful and immaculate and so comfortable for my family of 8!
