We have three charming, clean and comfortable housekeeping cottages with lots of water access and gorgeous water views! Weekly rates are discounted, but we'd love to work with you, if your special reunion or event requires you to book outside of those days. Email us to see how we can help. The cottages feature spectacular views across Malpeque Bay, the Sand Hills and the St. Lawrence Gulf and some of the warmest waters for swimming - P.E.I. has a very gradual shoreline, so shallow waters will naturally warm up much faster during the day and some beaches can feel like bath water within sandbars. A peaceful setting for families, friends and couples with screened in gazebo, swings and sandbox, private fire pits, wide open skies and sunrises and sunsets await you! The cottages sit on five acres, with large decks and water views in two directions. We have water access on the property, part of a calm inlet from Malpeque Bay, which is perfect for kayaking or canoeing. A two minute walk down Willie Birch Road takes you to a sandy beach right on Malpeque Bay. Two cottages have 2 bedrooms plus a pull out couch and can sleep up to 6 people. Our deluxe Country Cottage has one bedroom, a pull out couch and features a luxurious bathroom en-suite with jacuzzi tub. We don't charge any hidden cleaning rates, but certainly cleaning is costly which is why we would like to encourage folks to rent on a weekly basis. However we do offer rates for shorter stays, and they reflect the time for cleaning and sanitizing between rentals. We also love and welcome pets, and do charge a rate for their stay with us, which reflects the extra cleaning and general wear and tear on the cottages. Thanks for your understanding! We offer grocery stocking service and can fill your fridge and pantry with the necessities, and any extras to make your stay extra special. We also can offer pick-up and drop off services for walkers and folks who need a lift upon arrival.

| What an amazing place! After going around NB and NS, our final stop was Cottage #2 here and it was the best way to end our family vacation. I can't imagine a better-appointed kitchen and comfier cottage. The gas BBQ, the dishwasher, the satellite TV and free wifi were such nice extra touches. We were even blessedly able to do a load of laundry! Fire pit for marshmallows, the gazebo, the beach at Rocky Point Road just 10-minutes away. The Tyne Valley Teas and incredibly warm and welcoming folks everywhere. And a top-rate jacuzzi! It more than met our expectations. When our 9 year-old daughter saw the swing set she literally squealed with delight. I highly recommend this and we only wish we had time for a longer stay. What memories we were able to make! Thank you Carol and Charles!

| A hidden gem! Our family of 4 had a wonderful fun, yet quite and restful, stay in cottage #2. Super clean, owners were responsive to any need. Lovely property with a nice view of the water from the front deck. Great family vacay!

| Cottages are exactly as pictured. Very clean and everything you need in the kitchen was provided, as well as linens. Owners were easy to contact if needed and provided a nice list of things to do and explore in the area. My kids (8 and 4) thoroughly enjoyed and got a lot of use out of the play structure and sand pit. Our dog enjoyed his stay too and felt at home and relaxed. Carol even stopped in with extra games for us on the one rainy day we had. Great hosts and nice little cottage, was perfect for our family of 4 and dog.
