Welcome to our family cottage, centrally located in beautiful Bluewater Beach, Goderich. Experience the best of both worlds. From a peaceful cottage getaway within walking distance to private beach access of Lake Huron's crystal blue water beach and incredible sunsets on the bluff, to a 5 minute drive to all the amenities Goderich has to offer. Take a step back in time with a walk around the historic Courthouse square and downtown soul centre with live music, theatres, specialty gift shops, cafés, bars and bakeries. Enjoy 21st century living with easy access to fast food, groceries stores, Giant Tiger, Walmart, The Brick, Rona and Canadian Tire. Visit the many beautiful beaches Goderich has available like Main and Rotary Cove Beach, St. Christopher's Beach and Point Farms Provincial park with walking trails and beach access. Enjoy boating and fishing at Maitland Valley Marina near Menesetung walking bridge and trails. Our fully loaded, recently renovated cottage is very clean with a calming décor. Open plan living on the main floor with a cozy gas fireplace and spacious second floor living and games room with additional sleeping and airy cathedral ceilings. Bright beautiful new windows let in amazing light. It is complete with all the amenities you will need for a restful week's stay. The cottage boasts sleeping for 10. A Master Bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed. A second queen bed on the 2nd floor along with a leather Twin Day bed and pull out trundle. Two cozy chaise lounge sofa's turn into Queen beds for additional sleeping. The cottage has a full 3 piece bathroom. Meal prep will seem much more relaxing as you enjoy the fully finished kitchen, equipped with modern amenities (small appliances, dishes, cookware, fridge, stove/ oven, microwave). A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. Two decks, one in front and one out back are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, sipping afternoon beverages or convenient for outdoor grilling on the propane BBQ. An 8ft picnic table and solar lit umbrella provides lots of outdoor eating and seating day or night. The fun doesn't stop when the sun sets, roasting marshmallow's around the outdoor campfire pit for your evening entertainment.

| I would recommend this cottage for so many reasons. First of all it has everything you could want like comfy beds and a kitchen with a great living area and spacious bathroom with laundry on the main floor. It is well decorated and maintained. It is close to all amenities yet feels isolated given it's close proximity to Goderich. The peace and tranquility with many species of birds dropping by to say hi. We seen bluejays,cardinals and a woodpecker as well as a Jack rabbit. The beach is not far and has lots to see and we collected unique rocks on our walk. We had a campfire the first night and it was wonderful looking up at the stars. The front yard offers a peaceful place with lots of space and beautiful lighting surrounding the garden. We had rain the next day but spent it playing cards and watching movies. There are also lots of board games offered. The drive to Goderich is very close and everything is very accessible. Deanna is a great communicator and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone and will be returning again for another vacation.

| I cannot recommend this cottage enough. It's beautiful in all ways- a perfect getaway for the whole family. The community itself is so friendly and the walks we took on were so lovely and immersed in nature. We stayed as a family of 5 and a dog and the cottage was a beautiful spot. Everything was perfect, you can tell the hosts spent time planning and knew what guests would need during their stay. The ping pong table was a nice touch, and all the games and puzzles were enjoyed by our family. Deanna and Richard responded to any and all questions right away and were so kind. We've stayed at many places before and I have to say this stay absolutely makes the top 3 stays we've gone on. From the cleanliness, to being well stocked, to the hosts; it truly is the perfect cottage getaway for any family. We hope to return next summer!

| The cottage was awesome. Very clean. All the amenities you would need. Our stay was very relaxing, just what we were looking for. Everyone we met in the neighborhood were very kind. Walking around Bluewater and Goderich was so nice. Deanna was very helpful through the process of renting and during our stay. My wife and I look forward to a return stay next year.

| The cottage is spacious, well appointed, tastefully decorated and very relaxing.
A quiet neighbourhood, close to the lake and only a short drive into Goderich.
The hosts are very helpful and friendly. We were given lots of wonderful information. They recommended the best beach for swimming and provided a park pass for our use.
We will be back!

| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage (couple, one preteen, one dog). It is situated in a quiet and friendly beach community, nice for walks. We loved the park around the corner with great views of the lake. The cottage itself is very comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen, lots of games, streaming options and laundry. We loved the 2nd floor room with the ping pong table and beautiful view. Goderich is a short drive away and has everything from groceries to restaurants to a variety of stores. We especially enjoyed the fish and chips at The Saltie (complete with a whole bunch of vinegar and salt choices!) and the cupcakes and fresh produce at the farmers market. We also appreciated the park pass and had a fun outing to Point Farms PP which has a beautiful dedicated dog beach. Last but not least, the owners were very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!
