Rustic cottage on the south shore of Kashwakamak Lake with breathtaking views over mid-lake and adjacent crown land.
Privacy, excellent fishing right off the dock, beautiful sunsets AND sunrises! Two docks with shallow and deep water entry span across 280 feet of shoreline; enjoy three kayaks, a canoe and a paddleboat.
Venture across the lake to explore Courtney Bay, walk up Shoepack Lane to discover Shoepack Lake, explore local hiking and ATV trails. 20 minute drive to golf, Bon Echo, grocery store, butcher shop, liquor and beer store.
Boat rentals are available on the lake.
Cottage and bunkie (5th bedroom) sit close to the water with a huge deck overlooking the lake for incredible views and the entertainment of watching boats pass by. Stairs lead the way from parking (and a large fire pit) to the cottage - please note this location is NOT suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Cottage road a true cottage road - go slow and expect bumps!
