Four Season cottage in Bracebrige Muskoka. 2 hour drive from GTA or 4-5 hours from Ottawa. 20 minutes to Santa's Village and Downtown Bracebridge. The downtown offers a variety of shops, services and eateries. The Lady Muskoka boat cruise is a great opportunity to see cottage country from the water. A favourite spot is the Muskoka room at the front of the cottage with comfortable seating for four people and beautiful views of the lake. Also has a large deck with patio and Broil King BBQ, fire pit, and shallow entry swimming which gradually deepens. The lower land portion of the cottage is great for playing sports like soccer, volleyball, etc with 160' deep by 70' wide. For winter enthusiasts there is a snowmobile entry nearby. Up to 6, 8 (4 adults, 4 kids) maximum and no pets allowed. Minimum check in age for booking/ rental agreement - 25 years old
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
The cottage is fully furnished and includes the following:
Kitchen:
Fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, cutlery, pots and pans.
Amenities included:
Air conditioning unit in the Muskoka room, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, Muskoka room and living room.
Pellet stove in living room for colder months. Baseboard heaters in all bedrooms.
Entertainment:
Television (no cable), cd player, DVD's, puzzles, games and limited wi-fi (30 GB).
Outdoor:
Patio, broil king BBQ, fire pit by the lake, fire wood is provided

14 foot aluminum boat
Water lily pad
Adult life jackets are supplied. Vacationers must bring their own children's life jackets due to the safety and liability concerns.
Parking 3 cars maximum
Linens - please bring your own sheets, pillows, towels, kitchen towels and beach towels

The lake does not have a public boat launch or marina. No boats can be launched from the property.
No smoking inside the cottage or large gatherings. Please respect our neighbours.

| We had a wonderful time at Healey Cove Cottage. Great sunsets and campfires every night. Our grandson caught his first fish off the dock, with his first worm. Plenty of activities in Bracebridge for us to do. The cottage had everything we needed for a very memorable week.

| Absolutely immaculately kept cottage, beautiful wood interior, bright and airy with plenty of windows, big sun room too, modern appliances, big screen tv, glass shower in bathroom, etc, etc and clean as a whistle! The property is beautiful with amazing views of the water from multi level massive decks (50 ft across), the waterfront is clean and shallow with sand bottom, great for kids, kayaks and pedal boats provided and almost a football field flat grass area from the cottage to the lakefront, great for any activity, firepit by the water- cannot say enough about this place and the owner is a super nice person to deal with. 5-stars all the way!

| We could not have asked for a better place to get away with our young family. Our daughters (4 & 2) LOVED running around in the grass and playing in the shallow water by the dock and taking trips in the paddle boat and kayaks. It was incredibly special to make memories fishing off the dock and in the boat together...we caught so many fish we lost count!
The cottage itself was absolutely perfect; it was everything we needed and more! Cozy bedrooms, a wonderful sunroom to read and relax in. So many movies to watch on rainy days, and a comfortable layout to enjoy time together. The owners were so helpful and easily accessible. We cannot wait to rent this cottage again!

| Cottage was clean , well kept and in great shape, everything needed was there.
Lake was perfect, swimming four hours every day, if you have young kids this cottage
is definitely recommended.
