The Juno Lake house on Hamer Lake is a spacious 3 level, 2500 sq.Ft open concept 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom lake house sitting on over 3 acres of privacy and over 300 ft of waterfront. We are situated in beautiful Muskoka on Hamer Lake directly across from lake Joseph's Hamer Bay where you can find boat rentals at multiple nearby marinas offering endless boating opportunities! Our lake house is walking distance to Rocky Crest Golf Resort and a 20-25 minute drive to the beautiful towns of Port Carling, Rosseau and Bala, where you can find all the trendy shops, popular ice cream parlors and quaint or upscale lakeside dining your heart desires! Parry Sound is also an easy 20 minute drive which offers all the conveniences of home. From Toronto our lake house is a 2 hr drive. The lake house offers an expansive 800 sq. Ft brand new glass railing deck overlooking 300 ft of waterfront. It offers 3 hang out areas. The BBQ grilling bar table, large dining table as well as a large lounge area with sectional and coffee table. This space is perfect for entertaining multiple families, and friends! In 2022 we installed a brand new 300+ sqr ft premium dock with 4 permanent muskoka chairs and large umbrella for exceptional lake lounging. Cooking for multiple families is also a breeze with our open concept large kitchen that flows beautifully with the living/ dining area. The cottage has 5 large bedrooms that comfortably sleeps 10 guests.
The main living space is open concept with the kitchen open to the living and dining area which all have a beautiful view of the lake. The master bedroom is located on the main floor with an en suite 3 piece bathroom (full shower/double vanity) and walk out to lakefront deck. This bedroom also has a magnificent view of the lake! A large bathroom is located on the main floor near the front door for all guests.
Upstairs, the large family TV room features a flat screen TV w/ Netflix and a full coffee bar and bar fridge. Upstairs you will also find two large bedrooms (one with bunk beds, a double bed and a walk in closet). On the opposite side is the second bedroom with a queen bed and pullout couch. This floor has a three piece large double vanity bathroom with a full shower.
The lower level of the cottage (ground floor) was fully renovated in 2022 and offers two newly renovated bedrooms, a full bathroom with stand up shower. This level offers a second TV Room and a games room. It is equipped with a ping pong table, foosball table, large puzzle table, Big screen TV, and dart board.
The property is over 3 acres large and has over 300ft of waterfront offering incredible privacy and tranquility.
Hamer Lake is calm, peaceful, warm and has a generally sandy bottom.
Enjoy being close to endless dining, boating, shopping and entertainment, while coming home to a secluded private oasis at Juno Cottage.

| Our family rented this cottage in June 2023 and had an excellent stay. The cottage was spacious, in great condition and each floor was well appointed (basement had ping-pong, ground floor had lots of seating + large dining table, upstairs had a coffee maker + mini fridge which was a game-changer when you have little kids up early!). The property also had great features, including a beach with hard-packed sand where the kids spent hours in the water, all kinds of water toys, a nice dock with plenty of Muskoka chairs, etc. Juliana was also a pleasure to deal with and makes sure you have everything you need during your stay. Would definitely go back again.

| We loved staying at Juno Lake House with our family in August 2022. The cottage is very large, comfortable and well-maintained. Juliana was very responsive to all of our questions in the lead-up to rental and during our stay. The proximity to Rocky Crest was very convenient as we had other family members staying there and were able to see them frequently. Thank you for a lovely family holiday!

| Our family recently rented this cottage and had a wonderful stay. We have small children and there was so much space for them to play in the yard, on the deck and dock and the shallow water entry into the lake was perfect for them. The owners take very good care of the cottage and provide everything you could possibly need to make for a very comfortable stay.
We plan to come back again hopefully soon!

| We had a perfect vacation at the Juno Lake house. Enjoyed relaxing on the deck with beautiful views. Tons of space in the backyard for kids to play. Sunsets were absolutely beautiful. We ended up cooking every night at the house with our family. There was no reason to leave. We enjoyed our days fishing (catch and release) off the dock, paddle boarding with the kids and kayaking on the beautiful calm lake. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. When we arrived at the cottage it was absolutely spotless! Julianna was so great to deal with. She was always available and so helpful.
