The Kubi waterfront cottage is a year round access cottage and only 8kms away from Calabogie Peaks Ski hill. No power outage. We have an automatic generator in case power is out!

Our waterfront property is located on a very clean and quiet Madawaska River. It is a natures lover place. It is very ideal for a small family or a couple. Great area for kayaking, fishing, canoeing, swimming, and watching some nature's wilds. Eagle's Nest lookout for a fabulous hike, golfing nearby, and Calabogie Motorsports Park.
We provide clean linens and set up all ready for the guests' convenience. We also provide towels, hand soap, dish soap, bathroom tissue, paper towels, and a few complimentary items like sugar, coffee, coffee mate, mini shampoo, mini bar soap, toothbrush, toothpaste. We provide drinking water (5 gallons) but it is the guest's responsibility to buy a refill if they need more. *Does not apply for monthly rentals.
No cleaning fee but we do make sure the cottage is cleaned well before new guests arrives. No daily maid service. The property is to be left clean. The guest should remove leftover foods and bring their garbages with them upon checking out.
We do have unlimited internet, smart TV, Alexa, books, and some board/card games for entertainment. Enjoy paddling using our free-of-charge kayak, canoe, paddle board, and pedal boat.
Our cottage has a newly renovated washroom with a stand-up shower and a heated floor. We do have a window air conditioner, electric baseboard heaters, and a wood stove. Two bedrooms with new double beds and a sofa bed. we do not have a dining table but instead a large counter bar style for eating and drinking.
Only seconds away from the main road and a minute away from gasoline station, restaurants, and stores like a general store, grocery, hardware, and LCBO. Calabogie Peaks Ski hill is only 8 minutes away.
Our Cottage is open all year. There is snow removal and a laundromat nearby. There is an automatic generator so no power outages for guests' convenience especially during winter season. We prefer online banking Email transfer.
