Clean. Cozy & very woodsy edge of Algonquin cottage between South River and Trout Creek Ontario. On a smaller Algonquin area lake with 50% crown shoreline and 30 or so cottages..
1000's of acres of crown land behind. Cottage sits on 1 acre with 160' of shoreline. Good bass, pike and pickerel fishing.

Small open concept cottage SUITABLE FOR 5 PEOPLE. Master has double bed and 2nd bedroom has single over double bunk bed. Dog friendly (for 1 dog). No Cats Please. Large ceiling fan in living room ceiling, also fans in both bedrooms, but rarely required up North.
Just off Forestry Road which leads into Algonquin Park access point #1. Close to the "Forgotten Trails" hiking routes not far down the road, towards Algonquin. GTA.(3hrs) & 10 minutes off of highway 11, for easy access. 30 minutes to North Bay. 15 minutes to South River(to the south) or Powassan for groceries and banks(to the north). 10 minutes to Trout Creek general store and LCBO outlet.
Hiking nearby on various Almaguin "Forgotten Trails". Canoe tripping and supplies start point not far down the road for tripping into Algonquin.
Included: Bell Expressview, Keurig, regular coffee maker, microwave, built in dishwasher, CANOE, 2 touring KAYAKS, 2 youth PADDLE BOARDS fire-pit, Gas BBQ, 2 private docks, games, puzzles, etc..

FIDO/MOBILICITY/CHATR cell service works well (OR ANY CELL SERVICE THAT USES ROGERS NETWORK), Bell cell service is spotty - (Telus reception does not work)..) If poor cell service please turn on your cell phone settings for WIFI calling, and cell phone service will work very well via our included cottage internet connection. Also can use FaceTime or WhatsApp via the internet connection.

Owner will remove recycling and trash at end of your stay- please use recycling and garbage containers provided, and leave bags tightly tied and closed in entry vestibule. Please leave cottage in same clean and swept state as when you arrived upon your departure.

(Note: cleaning fee waived if cottage left as found .. all guests comment that our cottage is clean and spotless, and everyone has been great with leaving cottage as when they arrived, and appreciate when the cleaning fee is then waived. Cottage will still be fully sanitized between guests regardless) If not left as same state as upon arrival, a cleaning fee must be deducted TBA depending on time required.
