Welcome to our Family Cottage in Tiny, Township!
Our place can host up to 7 people and is pet friendly. We are just 3-5 minutes walking distance from a beautiful neighborhood beach that is not accessible for public as there is no parking on the road without a permit. Beach is clean, the water is crystal clear and shallow very kids friendly.
Our neighborhood is a mix of cottages and some full time residence, please no excessively loud music.
Our check in time is Saturday 4pm and check out Saturday 11am
~ 3 bedroom (queen, double and a bunk bed single over double) linens provided
~ Family room and dining room with a corner leather sofa and a big dining table that will fit
7 people with comfort
~ Fully equiped kitchen (dishwasher so you don't have to worry about cleaning the dishes and all the kitchen necessities)
~ 3 piece bathroom with a shower (towels, hairdryer and basic toiletries provided)
~ Mitsubishi heating and cooling unit
~ Fire pit in a very mature yard
~ A deck includes a patio set, propane bbq and charcoal bbq
~ For the ones that like to hide away from the bugs or for the rainy days a fairly big screen room
~ 2 kayaks for the ones that like to explore the shoreline from the side of Georgian bay
~ Awenda provincial park trails for hiking, biking etc.
