Spend the afternoon with family on the array of Muskoka chairs or cozied with a book on the comfortable lounge set - all at the water's edge. Perfect for adults and kids alike, the fire pit is a great way to end the day before retiring to the Great Room, modernized and fresh but filled with history and charm. Screened in Muskoka Room with lovely wicker furniture all along front of cottage is yet another way to spend the day or evening. You'll never forget the atmosphere and history in this Classic. Cottage details: Well appointed Big cozy great room. Large separate mud room/ laundry/closets/additional fridge & freezer. Kitchen with island/stainless steel appliances/dining for 8 overlooking lakeside. Doorway off to covered deck with BBQ and sitting area.
1 King bedroom with doorway off to screened in Muskoka Room. Original log accent wall in King room with lots of appointed wall hooks and drawers. Bedroom 2 has Queen with Double bunk beds and doorway off to Muskoka Room. Bedroom 3 is also appointed with a Queen bed. Large sized powder room services cottage well with genius design for separated shower room.

| We had a wonderful and relaxing week at this beautiful cottage. The attention to every tiny detail both in the decor and amenities makes this cottage truly a rare find. Our family of 4 (w/14 yr-old, 10-yr old) was extremely comfortable - the beds, linens, towels are of very high quality (along with everything else). The dock is very large and nice and the kids loved playing on the lily pad and large floatie. We enjoyed different kayak ride routes, and the screened in Muskoka room was a perfect spot for yoga, reading a book, drinking a coffee, or watching a thunder storm. There's a large variety of board games and DVD's for families and having 2 fridges was very handy. There are cute towns with breweries nearby and a wonderful farmers market which we enjoyed exploring. Definitely one-of-a-kind and highly recommended.

| Wow!!
We rented King's Landing for our family of 4 (12 & 14 yr old boys) and a couple. The cottage is beautiful and we wanted for nothing while we were there. Karyn has thought of everything a cottager could need during their week and more. The bedding and towels are beautiful, selection of shampoos, sunscreen, bug spray, first aid, washer and dryer, extra full sized fridge?. The dock is stunning, it has two seating at areas; one is always in the sun and the other in dappled shade. Swimming was great off the dock, we swam and kayaked everyday. Kayaking through the channel into the larger part of Lake of Bays was a daily activity, an early morning paddle around Burnt Island is highly recommended. We walked to Flower Power garden store and enjoyed the food truck there along with their weekend markets. Baysville is cute, takes 5 mins to drive or 15 min bike ride for an ice cream. Shopping town is Huntsville which is 15 min drive away.
King's Landing is a beautiful and well appointed cottage, we will definitely return next year.

| Our stay on Lake of Bays at this beautiful cottage was fabulous. The charm and character of this cottage was what made us fall in love with it. Our children so enjoyed the waters edge, swimming, and hanging out relaxing. The huge dock made for a great place to fish off of and and swim easily. There is room to spread out inside as well as outside. Lots of things to do if the weather does not cooperate. The owners were great to deal with very accommodating and replied to any and all of our questions and concerns. Definitely a place we will revisit in the future .

| Our multigenerational family (4 adults and 2 kids) had fantastic week at this lovely cottage. It has a classic cottage feel but it is also bright, comfortable and stylish. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and more. The beds have high quality mattresses, linens and pillows - everyone slept well!
The great room and large dining table were great for family time and games. The screened Muskoka room was perfect for reading and early morning yoga.
There is a beautiful view down to the lake. The large U-shaped dock has muskoka chairs and a comfortable cushioned lounge set which was a wonderful place for morning coffee, leisurely lunch or early evening drinks.
The highlights for the kids were fishing and jumping off the dock, playing on the large Lilly pad and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit.
