You'll love the expansive u-shaped dock for sun, lounging, deep water swimming off the dock and gorgeous sunsets. There's also an option for shallow entry into the fresh, clean water of Lake of Bays. Spend the afternoon with family on the array of Muskoka chairs or cozied with a book on the comfortable lounge set - all at the water's edge.

Perfect for adults and kids alike, the fire pit is a great way to end the day before retiring to the Great Room, modernized and fresh but filled with history and charm. Screened in Muskoka Room with lovely rattan furniture all along front of cottage is yet another way to spend the day or evening.

You'll never forget the atmosphere and history in this Classic.

Well appointed Big cozy great room. Large separate mud room/laundry/closets/additional fridge & freezer. Kitchen with island/stainless steel appliances/dining for 8 overlooking lakeside. Doorway off to covered deck with BBQ and sitting area.

1 King bedroom with doorway off to screened in Muskoka Room. Original log accent wall in King room with lots of appointed wall hooks and drawers. Bedroom 2 has Queen with Double bunk beds and doorway off to Muskoka Room. Bedroom 3 is also appointed with a Queen bed. Large sized powder room services cottage well with genius design for separated shower room.

My family and I stayed for a week and had such a great stay, we brought our boat which had ample room for docking and had use of lots of boating toys which the kids loved. Nice and close to Baysville and the Lake of Bays brewery where we had luch and listened to live music on the weekends. The cottage itself is perfect for a family getaway, even some green space to play corn hole and bocci ball. Karyn was great to deal with and her response time was much appreciated.

My wife and I stayed at Kings Landing for 2 weeks. This is the quintessential Muskoka Cottage - stone foundation; exposed wood beams, and yet modern decor and amenities. The Muskoka Room overlooking the water was our favourite place to relax. The kitchen was functional and we loved the art work in the Great Room and elsewhere. Swimming is excellent here and the submerged "swim board" was a nice touch. The grounds are very natural and the beds comfortable with well-stocked linens. So quiet compared to the city, yet close to stores in Baysville.
A wonderful place to experience Muskoka.

I stayed at Kings Landing for a week with my family end of June. Upon arrival we were all in an awe at the beauty of the grounds and views! The cottage itself was very well organized with how the rooms were set up and very well taken care of/clean. It was stocked with pretty much everything we required during our stay which I very much appreciated given I love to cook/bbq:) there are also two fridges which was great for keeping all our drinks cool! My husband was impressed with the high speed Internet (bell fibe) and I scored major points for booking a cottage with great Internet (men - haha). There is plenty of space for everyone to lounge around together and to have privacy when need be. I would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing week away from the city.

I recently stayed at this lovely property and enjoyed myself tremendously. It was clean, well appointed and had everything needed for a wonderful time away.

The owner was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating during my stay.

With lots of areas to hang out in and things to do, it was a great place to relax and unwind. Would certainly stay there again.

Our family spent a beautiful two weeks at King's Landing in August, 2022. The location is fantastic, the dock broad and solid, the water exquisite. The kitchen is very well supplied, the beds are comfortable and there are lots of places to "hang out" inside and outside. The single toilet and separate shower area worked well for 6-8 people. The internet was good. The owners responded quickly to any questions and helped solve any concerns.
I have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful place. Thank you.
