Great location In Muskoka Breathtaking waterfront 4 season cottage Sit on the spacious deck & enjoy the tranquility of nature that surrounds you or take a paddle and kayak. Enjoy breathtaking views & let all its magical marvel envelope you. Cottage grounds are easy to navigate & explore for young toddlers or if you are in your graceful golden years. There is a beautiful deck by the water that is great for swimming. Relax in the sun all day and enjoy sun scaping views. Sunset Cottage is a mere 2 hour drive from Toronto and located in the heart of Muskoka on a large lot with tall mature trees for added privacy. Spacious 3 bedroom/ 1 bath cottage with comfortable double beds in each bedroom. A pull-out sofa is also available in our Muskoka room.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your at home conveniences. Dishes, Pots, Pans, Utensils are all available. For all you BBQ enthusiasts, the BBQ is out on deck ready to go!!!
Free Wi-Fi with high-speed fibre optic internet, which is great for work from home option. 50-inch Roku TV, free Amazon Prime and Netflix. Board games also available for those rainy days inside.

| We had a great time at this cottage. It was very clean and spacious. The outdoors was great as we had kayaks and canoe as well as great sandy part for our toddler to splash around in the water as well as grassy area to play. It was close to all towns for anything needed. We would definitely stay here again. We were lucky with the weather for our weeks stay but it was nice having board games as well as Netflix and Amazon prime for tv time. We had a great time and some good laughs roasting marshmallows. | This cottage has everything you need! It was perfect for my family of 4 with 2 kids. It was clean, comfortable and on a quiet river that allowed the kids to swim and kayak. We were able to enjoy ourselves on a rainy day too with games and full wifi for movies. Close to a cute grocery store for any necessities. Fully recommended this cottage to anyone interested.

| My family had a great time at the Sunset Cottage! It's located on a nice quite river, with a sand beach and deep water that's great for swimming. The cottage is very clean and inviting. It comes stocked with everything you need. Communication with Liz was great, she was happy to answer any of our questions. Thanks for a great vacation!

| We have visited the cottage with my 4 months old daughter im July 2022 and were very happy with everything. The place was very neat, comfortable, had 3 bedrooms, spacious living room and dining room. Had big screen TV which inlcuded Disney +, Netflix, Prime and other streaming services. The beach was only few steps away from the house. Water was very clean and warm. There were options to use cayak, canoe, paddle board and paddle boat for free. Liz was a great host. We had very good time at the cottage and hoping to come back next year.
