Great Fishing off dock , access to lake in winter- the b112 trail or for top shelf ice fishing. we have a pop up on site and manual auger. Tonnes of parking for atv \ trailers, huntsmen, sledders or wilderness lovers. connect with nature and miles of trails or check out everything this area has to offer. Unique property best of both worlds, boat launch\ parking close to town with all amenities, we are in WMU 56!
We offer discounted cleaning fees for weekends and late checkout for every weekend rental!

8 min drive to Minden, b112 trail leads to down town as well. So many thing to do in Minden, bars, bowling, restaurants, greasy spoons and our favorite god fathers pizza delivery, tourist attractions, micro breweries and don't forget the gull river river walk.
Bookings are weekly only (july\aug) and check in is after 4 pm on Fridays!. Weekend Rentals Include late checkout where available.
Please note: Bookings from June to August are weekly, with check-in at 4 pm on Fri and check-out at 11 am on Fri.
Our kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, while bedding is provided (towels not included). Our cleaning fee includes a fresh linen service and full pre stay clean. Also dump tags to take your clear plastic bags to the local landfill.

| We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage on South Lake. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a peaceful getaway. The large upper deck was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors, and the covered porch below was a great sheltered space when it rained-ideal for reading or listening to the rain.
We especially enjoyed the spacious fire pit area for cozy evenings under the stars. Just a short 3-minute walk down a quiet path brought us to a lovely sandy beach and wooden dock-perfect for swimming, lounging, or watching the sunset.
The setting was peaceful and private, and the lake itself was clean and calm. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and clearly take pride in the cottage. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the property and creating a warm, welcoming experience for guests.
If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable escape in cottage country, this is a great choice. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed, and would happily return in the future.

| Great spot for a getaway, lots of land to walk or ride and explore and all the comforts of home! My boyfriend and I escaped the city for a couple of days, I was able to work remotely with reliable WIFI access and enjoy all the things Minden Hills has to offer. Between meetings we hung out on the deck and had some snacks in the sun, we also ventured into the crown land woods to explore and decompress and visited Panorama park. In the evening we went into town (5-10 min drive) to visit the Boshkung Brewing Co for a pint and came back and had a fire and put on a movie. This was a great spot, we're planning a fall trip with my siblings and all our kiddos since there is so much space inside and out for the whole family!

| We (group of 7 adults, 2 kids and 1 dog) stayed at this cottage from July 16 to 20, 2021 and had a great time..cottage is v clean and well stocked for basic needs and the communication was v quick and helpful. Location has added advantage as it makes one feel away from hussle bussle of daily life and among the nature. Highly recommend!!

| Such a beautiful cottage and so much to offer! I went up with a few friends and even though it was raining all weekend we still had such a great time. There's so much space inside and you never feel crammed or in each other's way. The kitchen is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. We were still able to sit outside even with the rain because the downstairs has a covered patio which was really nice! I'll definitely be back with hopes of better weather to enjoy the rest of the property.
