Over 3500sqft of living space with 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 fireplaces, 2 Home Theatre Areas, amazing back patio, games room, and 2 quiet office areas with high-speed internet. Walk to the Blue Mountain Village where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, Plunge Aquatic Center and weekly festivals with activities for the kids. The Georgian Trail is steps outside your door and the beautiful beaches of Georgian Bay are just minutes away. The space The fully stocked Chef's Kitchen with granite counters is equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, 5-burner gas stove, dual convection oven, fridge with filtered water/ ice dispenser, dishwasher, and large island for entertaining.
There are 2 separate living areas on the main floor. The Great Room is equipped with a flat screen TV and surround system. The Scotch Room is great for sharing a drink with friends, reading a book from the library or enjoying your morning coffee by the fire.
The large 2nd Floor Master Suite comes complete with a walk-in closet, 5pc bath with rain shower and heated floor. There are three additional bedrooms on the 2nd Level, one with bunk beds for the kids and another with a balcony where you can enjoy a morning coffee and amazing mountain views. A full-size washer & dryer is also conveniently located on the second floor.
The games room consists of ping pong, cornhole, VIP Lounge w Jumbo Jenga and a movie theatre area with full Dolby Digital 7.1 sound and 75" 4k TV.
The stunning backyard is a private oasis with gas BBQ, Muskoka sitting area and luxury 7-person hot tub with 70 adjustable jets.
The Liquor Store is nearby, and the town of Collingwood is just a short drive where you can find many supermarkets, restaurants, and the largest hospital in the area.
Enjoy everything the area has to offer with activities ranging from hiking, mountain biking, golf, ziplining, boating and touring the Scenic Caves. At Northwinds Beach, you can windsurf or rent paddleboards/canoes for the day.
