Beautiful 3 bedroom cozy cabin with 133ft of waterfront. Sandy private beach with shallow walk in, weed free water. great for children and pets. 1 acre lot with everything to enjoy your family vacation. We are pet friendly/smoke free and can accommodate large groups (2 to 3 families).
Inside main cottage:
3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Air conditioning,WIFI and cell signal booster.

Bedroom two: double bunk bed with single above
Bedroom three: queen
Trailer and Bunkhouse:
The trailer is 26 feet long and permanently placed. Includes air conditioning and a small bathroom. It has a fully screened gazebo attached to the front.
Maximum occupancy of 6 people.
Double bed, single bunk bed and a futon(double)
The bunkhouse sleeps 6, includes air conditioning and 2 bunk beds (singles over doubles). Outhouse is located steps away.
Bathhouse located on property with a walk in shower.

| We can't say enough about this place. Absolutely stunning property with all of the amenities, close to Perth for a day trip. Beautiful primary cottage with a full kitchen and a/c for comfort. Several outbuildings for bigger families with teens or larger groups. The lake is gorgeous, good swimming and fishing. Gradual beach entry which is perfect for the little ones. Canoes, kayaks and paddleboat kept everyone busy. The firepit was the biggest hit with the kids...surrounded by beautiful Muskoka chairs, tonnes of firewood available. Owners with very responsive and the place was spotless. Can't wait to return!

| We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage! Craig and his family were very accommodating and have the place set up like its own small camping compound retreat. Plenty of room for people to sleep, and spread out, and lots of outdoor gathering spaces that work in both sun and rain! We spent a lot of time at the large table in the pavilion, sharing meals and playing games, and so much time at the dock and in the water. The fishing was good, the sunsets were great, the water was warm with a shallow entry and the firepit was amazing. This has been our favourite cottage rental of all time! There is no shortage of fun and activities here - and they have so many little extras that make it special. Two minor things I would note are: 1) despite having a WiFi booster the signal is weak (it doesn't reach the trailer for instance) and so if you plan to have a "working" holiday keep that in mind; and 2) there really isn't a lot of room to unpack your clothes and belongings etc, so be prepared to live out of a suitcase (which wasn't an issue for us - we made it work!). Otherwise, it was perfect and we can't wait to return next year!!!
