Welcome to Stoney Island Cottage! This newly renovated hidden gem is located 3km north of Kincardine on a private 6 acre property. This waterfront cottage is being offered up to rent for the first time. Bring the family and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets from the beach or large deck overlooking the water.

The 6km of trails at Stoney Island Conservation Area are a short 5 minute picturesque lakefront walk from the cottage. During the day, enjoy all the lake has to offer, or local attractions in Kincardine. In the evening, relax while roasting hotdogs or making s'mores on the outdoor fire pit.

The cottage features a large living room with unobstructed views of Lake Huron and a wood burning fireplace. For down time there is a TV with satellite and wireless high speed fibre internet to enjoy on your own devices. There are two bedrooms that will accommodate up to six family members. The large lake view bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds, while the second bedroom has a double bed. There are beautiful cherry hardwood floors throughout the bedrooms, living room, and dining areas. The kitchen, entryway and bathroom have slate tiles.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, full size coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, etc... Linens and towels are provided. There is also a washer and dryer provided for your use.
