NOTES
Rental period is Saturday to Saturday in High Season
High season July & August ($2500/week)
High Season June ($2500/wk), 3 night ($1125), 4 night ($1460)
Mid season Sept, ($2300/week) 3 night ($1100), 4 night ($1300)
Low season May, Oct ($2000/week) 3 night ($975), 4 night ($1200)
A cleaning fee of $150 is added at the time of the booking
The cottage owner requires a non-refundable booking fee (with etransfer), at the time of reservation to secure the rental. The Vacationer becomes liable for the balance remaining for the full period of the named rental.
The Vacationer shall pay the remaining balance for their rental booking as outlined:
50% of the balance is due immediately (payment can be made with an etransfer)
50% of the final balance is due, no later than 45 days before the beginning of the rental.
*If the beginning of the rental is less than 45 days from the booking date, all payments are due in full immediately.
A refundable Security Deposit of $500.00 is required with the final balance. The Security Deposit is taken and held in trust until an inspection of the rental property can be completed, after check-out, to confirm that there is no loss or damage. Any garbage/recycle/empties left behind will be subject to $50 disposal fee. The cottage owner will release the Security Deposit via etransfer.
The cottage owner will hold all bookings as reserved. Final payment is due 45 days before arrival date, if 48 hours after this date, the payment has not been received, the booking will be cancelled and the initial payment is non-refundable.
