We are excited to share with you our Lakefront Family Friendly Cottage in the heart of Muskoka, Now taking bookings for 2023 Located on Healey Lake MacTier, known for its gorgeous views, water fun and lots of great fishing The cottage is boat access with two marinas assuring the best variety of boat rentals and a water taxi to get you to and from where ever you want to go on the lake. The lake offers many secluded bays to sight see or fish from. There are tennis courts within walking distance from the marina or enjoy your passion for the game of golf on one of the many nearby golf courses. Relax at the end of your day sitting by the fire watching the starry night sky. Additional Information Book your Muskoka getaway today. Rentals available May 1 2023 through to the end of October 2023 "Family Ties" Lakefront 3 Bedroom cottage on Healey Lake MacTier plus "Ties 2" also known as our "Bunkie" Cottage sleeps 8, (1.queen 2.queen 3. double bunk beds, plus pullout couch) Additional Bunkie located steps from the main cottage, will provide a multi-generation family separate space for children or in-laws. It is furnished inside to co-ordinate with the main cottage interior. There is a large wrap around deck with patio, BBQ, pit and beautiful views of the lake. The cottage is fully furnished. 1 full washroom, plus newly installed outdoor shower wifi, tv no pets due to owners allergies, sorry no linens provided, bring your own wood burning fireplace 2 outdoor fire pits, some firewood supplied

NOTES Rental period is Saturday to Saturday in High Season High season July & August ($2500/week) High Season June ($2500/wk), 3 night ($1125), 4 night ($1460) Mid season Sept, ($2300/week) 3 night ($1100), 4 night ($1300) Low season May, Oct ($2000/week) 3 night ($975), 4 night ($1200) A cleaning fee of $150 is added at the time of the booking The cottage owner requires a non-refundable booking fee (with etransfer), at the time of reservation to secure the rental. The Vacationer becomes liable for the balance remaining for the full period of the named rental. The Vacationer shall pay the remaining balance for their rental booking as outlined: 50% of the balance is due immediately (payment can be made with an etransfer) 50% of the final balance is due, no later than 45 days before the beginning of the rental. *If the beginning of the rental is less than 45 days from the booking date, all payments are due in full immediately. A refundable Security Deposit of $500.00 is required with the final balance. The Security Deposit is taken and held in trust until an inspection of the rental property can be completed, after check-out, to confirm that there is no loss or damage. Any garbage/recycle/empties left behind will be subject to $50 disposal fee. The cottage owner will release the Security Deposit via etransfer. The cottage owner will hold all bookings as reserved. Final payment is due 45 days before arrival date, if 48 hours after this date, the payment has not been received, the booking will be cancelled and the initial payment is non-refundable.
