| We had 10 wonderful days at the Lakehouse. This was our first time there and we were not disappointed. Kevin was always available for any questions. The fishing was great, the cottage was so well appointed and comfortable, we would like to come back again next year!

| Wonderful cottage! Sunset views and a warm quiet lake, great for swimming. You can see the lake from almost everywhere, but the view from the dining room is the best! Close to town but still quiet. Kevin provided lots of useful info about the cottage and area.

| Stop the search and book this cottage! We just returned from a family vacation last week and we didn't want to leave. The views from the dock are stunning, perfect for coffee in the morning or watching the sunset with a glass of wine. This cottage has every amenity your family could need, well stocked kitchen, breakfast nook overlooking the lake, comfy beds and fast wifi for those rain days. Kevin made sure our vacation was perfect with 2 bottles of welcome wine, instructions and guides to his home and surrounding town. The lake is warm and clean - we brought our seadoo for endless hours of fun on the lake. Can't say enough great things about this location and cottage. We will be back next summer!

| Our weeklong escape to stunning Lake Cecebe and the amazing Carlyle Lakehouse was more than we could have dreamed!! We spent lazy long days at the dock enjoying the warm water swimming and kayaking, meals prepared in the all amenities gourmet kitchen and taking in the spectacular western sunsets! The only thing better than the day time was the blissful sleep time in the super comfy beds with the quiet sounds of the moonlit lake! Strong Wifi reaches to the dock and there is a great new Starlink system for movies and sports on a rainy night! Worth mentioning - the drive up is a breeze! Straight through to Burks Falls a handy 10 minute drive away for groceries, LCBO and food trucks, and an easy drive in to the Lakehouse on great roads! Thanks to host Kevin for providing this amazing retreat from the city! We loved every minute! Karen and Steve

| We stayed at the absolutely gorgeous Carlyle Lakehouse in Burks Falls, the three nights leading up to the Summer Solstice of June 2023. My husband and I were joined by my 90-year-old mum. The tranquility of the place is exceeded only by its beauty. What an incredible house! It truly is a home away from home. The attention to detail of what is provided is amazing. The Valu-mart is about a 10-minute scenic drive away and has whatever groceries are needed. The Lakehouse even comes complete with chipmunks that take peanuts right from your hand, and rejuvenating bird song. There was a total fire ban in effect, so there were no fire pit evenings, but that didn't matter...the stars seen from the dock were enough to recharge the soul. Thank you, Kevin, for providing such an amazing place for people to stay. We cannot recommend it highly enough.
