A cute, classic cottage on a gorgeous treed lot in Lake Eugenia. Walk five minutes to the lake, relax on the sizeable deck patio, warm up by the fire, or play a game of badminton.

The cottage is one of the oldest buildings in town and features a mudroom, bathroom with tub and shower, two bedrooms upstairs and a third on the main floor. Plenty of kitchen space, including an island. Lots of vintage charm!

Whether you are looking to relax and unwind or go for an adventure, the area has plenty on offer. Just minutes away is Eugenia Falls, a splendid view and convenient access to the Bruce Trail. Walk across the dam at Eugenia Lake, or take the SUP and kayak out for a paddle.

We really enjoyed our two-week summer stay in this cottage. The yard is truly fabulous and had many spaces for eating, relaxing and playing, and we enjoyed a few fires in the very impressive firepit. The house was comfortable and quite well-equipped and served all our needs comfortably. The lake is lovely and our son learned to paddleboard using the SUP in the garage, a real highlight for him. Excellent hiking is very close by, as is access to other outdoor adventures and wonderful local foods. I had to work most of the time, and the wifi was strong and steady; I could even take meetings from the table in the yard. We loved exploring this part of Ontario and would definitely recommend a stay here.

This cottage was a wonderful place for our vacation. The interior of the cottage is well appointed and provides a warm and intimate atmosphere. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. Livingroom has a large screen television with subscription channels included... wonderful to use when it was raining. The Wi-Fi is excellent and provided seamless service for a few online meetings.
The grounds of the cottage were a highlight for us. The backyard is very large and is designed to create a sense of private outdoor space. Landscaping is gorgeous. The shaded deck is large and has lounge seating, table, barbeque grill, and tasteful lighting. The yard also has a beautiful firepit with stone surround and Muskoka chair seating, horseshoe pits, a lawn badminton court and plenty of room left for Spikeball or other lawn games. The cottage is within a short walking distance to a beautiful beach area. The Bruce Trail is close by. Hoggs Falls is a "must see".
We will be staying again sometime!

What a lovely place to spend a relaxing holiday! I was reminded of a little English cottage in the Cotswalds as I walked through the front door. The decor, furniture and wood stove all work together to create a very homey and cozy atmosphere.
My husband and I chose to stay in the downstairs bedroom, as it was just the two of us. The bed and bedding is comfortable and luxurious.
Since this was a winter trip we weren't able to make much use of the beautiful property, but greatly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the use of the state of the art television (along with several digital channel subscriptions and excellent wifi.)
We will definitely plan to stay again!
