Lovely beach front house, located at Constance Bay, 40 minutes drive from Ottawa downtown.
You can enjoy the fine sand private beach, clear water swimming, fishing and boating in summer, and cross country skiing, ice-fishing in the winter. There are miles of sandy beaches to walk morning and evening. There is a bar and restaurants step away, as well as beer store, convenience store, and pharmacy in 2 minute drive.

The house has three bedrooms with one king size and two double size beds, one sofa bed in family room and two bathrooms, open living area, family room with wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you should need. The walkout basement offers large extra space for guest's actives. There are two large wooden decks connected with mater bedroom and family room and lead guests to the patios. Full size patio set can server outdoor dinning in fresh air and with spectacular view. 3+ cars can be parked on the driveway front yard. The backyard and private beach offer kids playing safely in the property. 1 canoe, 2 kayaks and 4 life jackets provided. We supply a full tank of propane for BBQ.

Weekly booking, check-in on Sat. and Check-out on following Sat. 5-day minimum stay for summer season.
Two-day weekend and minimum three-weekday are possible for off-seasons, please check the possibility.
Self Check-in after 5 pm, Check-out before 11 am (check-in and -out times could be flexible, check with host).
The rates are for 6 people. Any additional people will be extra charged $25 per guest per night.
