In the heart of Grand Bend, this cottage is perfect for families. With just being steps from the main strip and beach, you will not find a place better than this! Enjoy your stay without requiring a vehicle to get to the beach.

Upon booking, guests are subjected to abide by the rental agreement posted in the cottage. NO parties.

This cottage will not tolerate rowdy groups. Do not book with intentions of partying.

The space of this cottage is perfect for families or large groups wanting to spend time at the beach and/or gather for a celebration. The common area, including the kitchen, dining area, and living area is one open space that fits ten to 12 people comfortably. This house offers a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms with a tub and standup shower, laundry facilities, WIFI, smart TV, cable, A/C & heating, gas fireplace, BBQ, fire pit, and parking for 4 vehicles. The following items are provided during your stay: shower and hand towels, paper towel, toilet paper, Kleenex, dish towels, and propane. Please note firewood is not provided but it is available for purchase at nearby stores.

This cottage is pet friendly (at the approval of the host upon booking), but keep in mind there is no grass area located on the property.

Each of the following bedrooms are as follows:
Bedroom 1, 2, & 3: queen
Bedroom 4: two doubles
Pullout sofa (located in the living room)

This house sleeps 10 people comfortably in the bedrooms. MUNICIPAL REGULATIONS RESTRICT OCCUPANCY TO A MAXIMUM OF 10 ADULTS (AGES 13 AND OLDER) WITH NO RESTRICTIONS ON THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN (AGES 12 AND YOUNGER). There is a host maximum occupancy of 12 people. No more than 12 people are to be in the cottage at one time, including staying the night.
