Inside the cottage you will find 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and huge open living area, modern beach house decor, with chefs kitchen reverse osmosis drinking water system, beverage fridge in the island. Stand up freezer in utility room.

Master bedroom is lakefront w on-suite bathroom rainfall shower, King size bed and smart TV
kids bunk room is across the hall, w a twin over double bunk bed
2nd master has lake view w king size bed
4th bedroom has a king size bed

The cottage is equipped w gas fireplace, satellite tv, ceiling fans, a/c, washer dryer reverse osmosis drinking water, fridge w ice maker, drip & k-cup coffee maker, double oven, 36" cooktop, beverage fridge, dishwasher and extra freezer.
We just finished building our family dream cottage and we use it when we can, and rent it sparingly for others to enjoy the beauty of lake life. We built it large enough for friends and family to enjoy, but are setting a maximum of 6 adults and 10 people total. We are friends with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way so we ask that anyone using the cottage be respectful. If you have extra children some exceptions may be made.
Pets allowed $75 pet fee..
Every rental is subject to a $150 pump out fee. All water used goes into a holding tank.
***Renter is required to bring all linens including sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, etc***
