Welcome to Eva's Escape! This waterfront cottage is only 1.5 hours away from the Greater Toronto Area, making it a quick getaway from the city.

This waterfront cottage is a cozy cottage that has beautiful views over the lake with a large flat land that is great for your little ones. It has a gradual entry into the water and is great for swimming. Its expansive views over the water are what will make your summer getaway so memorable. It is on a lake that is part of the Trent-Severn Waterway allowing you to enjoy miles of pristine boating on various different lakes in Ontario. It has a firepit right by the water allowing you to sit with your guests and enjoy a campfire at night with some s'mores.

Once you enter the cottage, you will feel at home. It has an open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. It has a walkout to the large deck with a BBQ that will be great to host you and your guests as you overlook the water. It has a flat screen TV for your entertainment and has a pull out couch in the living room. The kitchen will come equipped with your basic requirements to make a home cooked meal. It has a bunkie that only has two beds inside of it for your overflow of guests.

It is conveniently located close to nearby amenities, Highway 400, Barrie, Midland and Orillia!

There are a number of items that the cottage is equipped with to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as it can possibly be! There are linens, BBQ, dishes, coffee maker, and so much more!
