Our cottage offers an 'Old Muskoka' true cottage getaway experience with plenty of creature comforts yet the feelings of being in a cabin in the woods, perched high overtop the sparkling clear waters of the Moon River. The property itself offers two convenient parking spaces steeped into the landscape with an extra space available for day time visitors. The dual access wooden steps down the cottage are just the start to your picture perfect week away. The backside of the cottage offers shaded decking for BBQing, outdoor dining and lounging. Inside the cottage you'll find two bedrooms equipped with a double and a queen bed (both quality mattresses). The beds are set up with comfortable quilts and down filled pillows while you supply your own linens. The kitchen/living room offers everything you need for cooking and relaxing (w futon for extra sleeping). The T.V. is accompanied with Apple T.V./Netflix and we also have high speed internet to keep you connected. The feature room is the 'Muskoka Room' offering dining table for 4, pullout sofa, pined lined walls, vaulted ceiling and stunning views of the bay.

When making your way down to the water, you have your choice of two routes. The first one offers stairs and the walking path which includes the shaded seating area underneath of the towering pines. The other route takes you by the 'look out' picnic table and down a set of wood stairs, both are magical. The waterfront offers some level land for sitting/playing and an 8' by 16' dock for relaxing, getting into your boat or jumping into the water. Best of all, we have a sand beach entry for the kids or those that like to wade in slowly. We offer a range of life jacket sizes, a paddleboat and a canoe.
