Each villa is a stunning 2,700-square-foot retreat with 19-foot cathedral ceilings, designed for ultimate comfort and elegance.
Whether planning a quiet family getaway or hosting a group retreat, Scarlett Point offers space, style, and breathtaking water views.
Our property fronts both the Magnetawan River and Perry Lake, so every villa offers a panoramic sunrise-to-sunset view.
Villas 1–4 – Ideal for Families or Group Retreats
• Primary Bedroom (Top Floor): Two Hilton Queen beds, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet
• Loft Room: One Hilton Queen bed with private second-story patio
• Main Floor: One bedroom with a Hilton Queen bed and full main bathroom
• Lower Level: Two Hilton Queen beds in a cozy recreation area
Note: There is no bathroom on the lower level.
Villas 5–9 – Perfect for Larger Groups
• Primary Bedroom (Top Floor): Hilton King bed with ensuite bathroom
• Loft Room: One Hilton Queen bed with private second-story patio
• Main Floor: One bedroom with a Hilton Queen bed and main bathroom
• Lower Level: Two Hilton Queen beds and an open recreation room
All Villas Include
• Private balcony with lake or river views
• Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances
• Personal BBQ on private back deck (propane refills not included)

Life jackets are mandatory — please bring your own for Children under 12 and must be supervised.

• Fire Pits: Each villa includes a lakeside fire pit.
Bring your own wood or pre-order delivery for $15 per bundle.
• Barbecue: Propane refills available nearby at Fetterley's Gas Station.
Please note: Beach towels are not provided — please bring your own.

• We take pride in offering a clean, safe, and peaceful environment.
• Hand sanitizer stations are provided throughout the
resort.
• Additional amenities (including motorboat rentals) may be arranged in advance.
• Complimentary parking is available — please avoid parking on the grass.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In:
• You'll receive a personal message 24 hours before arrival with your door code and details.
• Check-in starts at 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be available for a small fee — please inquire in advance.
Check-Out:
• Kindly leave the villa in the same beautiful condition you found it.
