STUNNING waterfront cottage with breathtaking views and cozy spaces. After a 2 hour scenic drive from the Toronto or Ottawa area, you?ll arrive at this waterfront oasis with luxury finishes throughout. The cottage faces west so you'll have sun all day and jaw dropping sunsets. Water toys and indoor games are abundant for all ages. Starlink internet to stream shows, sports and stay connected. Turnkey cottage experience with linen service (bedding, towel) and washing products included. It's also the perfect fall and winter getaway with a fire pit, large hot tub and 2 indoor fire places. The Blue Spruce features open plan living area on the main level with farm table, living room, fireplace, kitchen and entertainment system . The lower level has a living room, fireplace, and rec room with a 60" TV, foosball table and NBA Jam arcade game. The interior is flooded with natural daylight and lake views to make for a light, easy & breezy stay. For those looking to work remotely for a change of scenery, we have high speed internet, great cell reception and a big oak office desk. THE OUTDOORS A place to indulge in nature. Nestled behind spruce, evergreen and birch trees for privacy, The Blue Spruce has four levels of pine decks that flank the property. There is a large hot tub and an outdoor fire pit to enjoy on cooler evenings. Dine al fresco on the upper deck while you grill dinner on the BBQ. The lower deck is shaded with plush couches. The two levels of sun decks are filled with loungers, muskoka chairs. The hot tub is maintained weekly by a professional cleaner for safety of guests.
THE WATERFRONT
The property has over 150ft of frontage with deep water for fishing, swimming and water toys. In addition to three docks, the little ones can use the stone stairs to splash around in shallow waters with sandy beach. The property is west facing so you'll be sun-kissed throughout the day and breathless in the evening with spectacular colourful sunsets.

| Our family had a wonderful time! We visited with two babies, a toddler, and six adults - and the cottage was well equipped so everyone was comfortable during our stay. The cottage was lovely - clean and spacious, and has everything you need. We especially enjoyed spending time on the decks and dock, and the hot tub was a great way to end each day. Would recommend and hope to visit again!

| This cottage has it all for a large group! We have been renting cottages for 10 people for the last 5 years. The Blue Spruce was voted the best by all 10 adults. The owner was responsive to all questions and very helpful.
This was a lovely place for a relaxing week up north.

| This cottage is the perfect combination of stylish and cozy with all that we needed for our stay. The amenities were exactly as described and the place was beautiful and clean. Everything about the cottage is well thought out, from the modern rustic furnishings, to a fully stocked kitchen, generous supply of plush towels, and a stunning hot tub. It's right on a beautiful lake with magnificent views to wake up to from the master bedroom. Shezana was an excellent host who went above and beyond to make us feel so welcomed and comfortable before and during our stay. Highly recommended!

| Our family had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Blue Spruce Cottage this summer - and that included 4 year old twins and a new baby. The cottage is warm, inviting and spacious. There was more than enough room for us all to have our own spaces, have some privacy but also spend time together as a family. We enjoyed swimming, fishing and boat rides. Because there are several outdoor patio locations, it was wonderful to have sunny spots on the dock but also locations where we could spend time in the shade. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved eating together on the upper deck with the large patio table. We also enjoyed sitting out there in the evening playing games. When the weather was not as nice, we took a short drive into Bancroft. My adult children visited the local brewery and we spent time with the grandchildren getting ice cream and playing at the park.
Shezana ( the host) was always available and answered every question no matter how small.
The only thing I should mention - and its not a complaint - its just that some families may want to know - is that the road into the cottage from the highway is only about 50-60 yards and so there is nowhere to go for a nice walk or a run unless you ran on the highway or drive somewhere to a trail or path .
We would highly recommend this beautiful space to enjoy. Thanks Shezana!
