Welcome to 3 Amigos Cottage, on the shores of Moffat Lake accessible by municipally maintained road just minutes from McKellar. This cozy 4 season cottage is conveniently located only 2.5 hrs from Toronto on almost 2 acre lot, lots of space for the kids & dogs to run around and play. Walking into the 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage you will feel right at home with all the amenities in the kitchen, wood burning stove for the colder nights, and large sunroom. A wrap around deck has a 5 burner BBQ for use along with a hammock and a patio set for those sunny days. Sunroom has a collection of books to read while relaxing with a glass of wine in addition to an assortment of card and board games. Take a short stroll down the property to find a fire pit with chairs perfect for smores. The other side of the property will lead you to a dock on the lake perfect for swimming and fishing. On the dock you will have access to a paddle boat, kayak, canoe, life jackets, as well as an assortment of inflatable water floats. For those interested in fishing the lake is known for its year long fishing including ice fishing namely Pike, Pickerel and Bass that you can catch right off the dock, or while in the canoe. This place is great for just relaxing and getting away from the daily grind and is a family oriented cottage not suitable for groups looking to party. Internet is satellite based, at times can be slow based on weather and other factors. **Covid procedures - All frequently touched objects will be disinfected & Fabrics will be deep cleaned as well in between guests**

| We had an amazing stay at the 3 amigos cottage.nit was a 3 he drive from Mississauga. The hosts setup a WhatsApp group with us and made themselves available to us before and during our stay. We spent 2 nights and the cottage had everything for us to be comfortable. Our kids loved the ample space outdoors. We also enjoyed the firepit on the cold November evenings. The conttagebdoes have a private doc and boats but we did not use these as it was too cold to venture into the lake. I highly recommend this cottage and I will be coming back for sure!

| The cottage is more than adequate, extremely clean, and very comfortable, including the beds. The owners are superb and replied to all questions right away, and the information package given just prior to your arrival was excellent. The equipment provided is clean and in excellent shape. The property is well maintained, neat and tidy. A bit of a hike to the dock - I recommend a cooler for drinks /snacks. Would have loved to have a view of the lake from the cottage. Lots of grassy area for fire pit, kids to play, or a dog. All in all we had a lovely time and couldn't have asked for more for our first cottage rental. Well done owners!

| Beautiful quiet lake. Clean and organized cottage. Lots of space. Large property allows for many fun outdoor games and fires. Kayak, canoe, paddle boat and party island were the cherry on top. So much to do at this private cottage escape. Loved our stay. Would stay again :)

Check-in instructions were very detailed and helpful.
I definitely recommend the place if you are planning a trip not to far from Toronto. We loved our stay here & believe anyone wanting to get away from the city would find this a perfect oasis.
Enjoy the lake sunrises which are breathtaking if you're an early bird, or take a dip in the water to cool off after a hot day.
3 Amigos were stocked with many activities including kayaks, canoes, a paddle boat and party island
The cottage has excellent amenities and we made great use of their fully equipped kitchen and barbecue during our stay.

| We had a great stay at the 3 amigos cottage. Spacious, clean and well equipped cottage on a huge lot. This cottage offers great privacy and lots of grass space. Beautiful lake for swimming, fishing boating. Would definately stay here again
