At the end of a private treed lane on picturesque Panmure Island, surrounded by beautiful flower and herb gardens, you will find "Two Loons", a cozy and quaint 3+1 bedroom waterfront summer home, ideal for your private beachfront vacation. Well-appointed and complete with propane fireplace, fully -equipped large eat-in kitchen, two spacious screened porches, weber bbq, , beach dock, kayaks, paddle boards and laundry facilities, this home is the perfect setting for a memorable Island vacation! Located across the causeway in Panmure Island, there is water access on both sides of the highway. You'll find the sheltered St. Mary's Bay on one side and the ocean on the other. The property is cozy and well maintained - not your "typical" cottage! The property is secluded and hidden amongst trees on the beach at the end of a 1/ 2 mile lane. Guests have access to the full home, as well as private beach access to their own beach.
The town of Montague is 15 minutes by car and the capital city Charlottetown is 40 minutes by car. The location is ideal for walking, running, biking, swimming, kayaking, bird-watching, fishing and exploring - and of course for simply relaxing by the water!
