The cottage is on the fairy lake,Huntsville,Muskoka. It is known for its breath taking view of the lake 365 days a year. Also, you can watch the sun set from the comfort of living room. The cottage is kept clean and up to date, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 2 living rooms, and 2 sofa beds, full kitchen, laundry room, and gas fire place heightens the warmth in cold weather. Newly added ductless air is added comfort on hot summer days. Water is city water, also city sewage not on septic. Tap water is drinkable. Its large wrapped around deck provides a perfect place to read, dine, or relax with bird watching. At night, you might want to wish upon a falling star, or gather around fire pit roasting marshmallows or have a family movie night inside(wifi included) The cottage is walking distance to the town of Huntsville, there are many artisan shops and great eatery. Also, it is close to all the amenities such as Walmart, loblaws, metro, Fresco ,shoppers drug, Etc all within 5 min drive. Hospital is 2 min away. Fairy lake is a very clean lake ideal for all water sports. Canoe is provided. It is also perfect lake to swim, water is warm and free of weeds. Great Lake to go fishing. Marina is less than 1 km away if you want to rent a boat. Also, Deer hurst Golf resort is 5 min drive. In winter, 1,3 km ice skating trail( arrowhead) , snowmobiling, ice-fishing, and skiing/ snowboarding bring people to this winterized cottage.
In this COVID era, we make sure all areas are well cleaned and disinfected. The cottage has been loved by our family for years, we wish you will make great memories here as well.

| We had a wonderful time at Sunny's cottage on Fairly Lake. We spent a week there in the February 2022, and this was our first proper vacation with our newborn (and his grandparents). We booked this at the last-minute, and what stood out for us was how responsive and authentic Sunny was in her communications; that is what made us choose this place over the many others we called, and it did not disappoint! The cottage was large, with 2 levels providing plenty of room for everyone. And it includes terrific Internet, which came in handy for one of us who had to work for a few days while others were enjoying visiting the area! The kitchen was large and well-equipped. The cottage feels like something that has been in the family for a long time, and is very well cared for by the owners. The views of the lake are unbeatable -- feels much more remote than it actually is! And as a bonus, everything (LCBO, pharmacy, grocery store, even a Canadian Tire) are within walking distance (though we chose to drove because the weather was so cold and snowy). Also, Arrowhead Provincial Park is a 10-minute drive away -- and what a place it is. Strongly recommend! We will be coming here again, perhaps even this year.

| My husband and I rented this cottage with our grandson middle of September as a mini vacation. We are not cottage people so we were not exactly sure what to expect, The posting online was pretty nice and the owner was extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions.
This cottage was more than we could have hoped for - it was beautiful clean spacious right on the water with a breathtaking view. There are neighbours on both sides but the property was very private. We had a few days of great weather and a few days of not so great weather. We had campfires - floaties and canoe to use in the lake - we watched movies and played games. We had a great time and hope to rent this cottage again. Thank you
