Use this beautiful waterfront cottage as a quiet retreat or as your home base while you explore all that Grey Bruce has to offer.
Located on the shoreline of Georgian Bay in the community of Leith, (approximately 9 kilometres northeast of Owen Sound), this second floor accommodation provides panoramic water views and breathtaking sunsets.
- comfortably accommodates four to six adults; (waterfront is not suitable for young children)
- cozy, clean, bright, and very private (owner in downstairs unit does not access waterfront when upstairs is rented)
- hot and cold water running water
- town water so suitable as drinking water
- two bedroom with Queen beds
- comfortable pullout couch in the living room
- full bath with shower, sink and toilet
- on septic system (so nothing but toilet paper down the toilet please)

- Smartphones receive good Internet and telephone reception from local towers.
- Cell phone coverage for both Bell, Rogers and partner carriers is good.
- 36" flat screen TV with DVD player (no TV reception), with over one hundred movies to choose from.
- radio and Bluetooth speaker
- private fire pit near the waterfront; we do not provide fire wood.
- waterfront is a stone breakwall (absolutely no walking on stones)
- Hibou Provincial park, within a 5 minute walk, provides a sandy beach.
- the bay contains Rainbow Trout, Chinook Salmon and Brown Trout
- boats & motors can be rented. We can provide our guests with the contact information for boat rental operators
- two boat launches within a 5 minute drive if you bring your own boat.
- parking for two cars and boat (if needed)
Being A Good Neighbour
In order to be respectful of the neighbours enjoyment of their homes, we ask that you adhere to the following:
Absolutely no more than six guests in the cottage during your stay.
No pets. No smoking.
Adherence to noise by-law. Excessive noise can disrupt your neighbour's ability to enjoy peace and comfort at home. Some noises that may be considered excessive and disruptive include:
- Radio, TV or other electronic music sources
- Instruments
- Bells or horns
- Shouting
- Vehicles or power tools
- Fireworks
Loud noises are subject to restrictions based on times of day. This Noise by-law is to be observed between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
