| Serendipity indeed - this cottage exceeded our expectations in every way! The cottage itself is equipped with every amenity for a comfortable stay (quality beds, modern appliances, and spacious living and entertainment areas), but the main attraction has to be on the outside. The spacious, well-manicured lawn offered tons of space for lawn games, there is always a place for relaxation (swing or chaise loungers) and the beach is very private. The water is warm, clear and shallow and there is not a lot of boat traffic - ideal for kids and adults alike. Lastly and most importantly, it comes down to the hospitality of the hosts - from the welcome package that was designed in mind for a family, to the fresh flowers from their immaculate gardens, and to their helpfulness in providing whatever they could to make your stay comfortable. We had such a fantastic time and hope to come back next year!

| From crystal clear waters to majestic sunsets, this cottage is paradise on Lake Simcoe. It has that perfect cottage charm, yet with all the modern amenities that allow you to just relax and enjoy your stay without the tedious chores (dishwasher, washing machine, fast internet).
The owners have gone above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need and were a pure delight. They keep the cottage in pristine condition and couldn't have made us feel more welcome.
We are so grateful to have found this cottage and will treasure the memories for a lifetime. We will definitely be back again!
