Enjoy an entire summer of a truly Canadian experience on beautiful Charleston Lake. Renowned for its crystal-clear water, variety of wildlife and excellent fishing, Charleston Lake has over 110 miles of shoreline and over 100 islands and inlets. , creating all kinds of natural character. The lake has all kinds of natural features and is surrounded by forested watershed that boasts over a dozen fish families including trout, bass, pike, catfish, sunfish, and perch.

Charleston Lake is located in South Eastern Ontario, just north east of Gananoque and north west of Brockville. Access to the lake is an easy drive from Toronto; is 75 minutes from Ottawa and 40 minutes from Kingston.

The property is located on the shoreline in Lumber Bay with an abundance of privacy. With over 200 feet of frontage, this private enclave offers spectacular sunsets from the living area and deck. Excellent boat docking, swimming, and fishing from the dock. Outdoor fire pit available.

Sleeps 8. Three bedrooms, master with a double, 2nd with a double and 4 bunkbeds. Three-piece bath. A deck with an amazing view of the sunset.

Wifi included.

Boats, Canoes and Kayaks are not included but you are welcome to bring your own or rent a boat from either marina in Charleston Village.

Septic and Lake water. Must bring your own drinking water.

Dishes and cutlery, coffee pot, fridge, stove and microwave provided. Docking facilities for 2 boats. Maximum 2 vehicles. Cottage must be returned in the same condition.
