Brand new Air Conditioned cottage being completed for Spring 2020 on the beautiful Sturgeon Bay. Located right on the water just steps away frm your own private beach with complimentary kayaks, floating dock if you want bring your boat, 15 mins frm World class Brudenell & Dundarave Golf course.
Take a walk along this private beach over looking Sturgeon Bay and Panmure Island to watch the seals, eagles, cranes in their natural habit. While there collect some drift wood or dig some fresh clams, quahogs or oysters along the shore.
This cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, bunk with double on bottom & single on top and pull out double sofa. There is a outside shower for your convenience when returning frm a day at the beach. Enjoy the beach view in your screened in area on the front deck over looking the Bay. In the evenings sit around on the patio furniture while you BBQ supper then roast marshmallows over the open camp fire pit ( wood provided).
Your cottage is 8-15 km frm supermarkets, drug store, liquor store, shopping, crafts, restaurants live theatre, golf courses, Museums, Farmers market & Craft Breweries. 45 mins to Charlottetown where you can enjoy Confederation Center - Ann of Green Gables and more, Casino and many restaurants.
