Centrally located - 5 minute walk to private sandy beach (for Oakwood Park residents/ guests only) and 15 minute walk to downtown Grand Bend and public beach. Parking on premise for 4 vehicles. This large timber framed cottage has a gourmet kitchen with an island that seats 10, large great room, play room for children, cozy loft for reading or playing chess, upper outside deck where you can enjoy morning coffee and watch the wildlife, covered back patio area with barbecue overlooking the golf course.
Enjoy all that Grand Bend has to offer - shopping, flea markets, art galleries, multicultural restaurants, live music, skydiving, parasailing, water craft rentals, splash pad and large playground for the kids, helicopter rides, Dark Horse Estate Winery, spas, Huron Country Playhouse, and Grand Bend Motorplex. After a full day of excitement, retreat to this beautiful relaxing cottage that's nestled into a quiet area for some down time. Use the soaker tub, or walk to the beach to view some of the most magnificent sunsets in the world!

| This is one of the best places we have ever had the opportunity to vacation at with our family which included 4 generations from ages of 2 up to 87 years old and in between. Great location in a quiet setting and only 5 minute walk to private beach. Very comfortable spacious luxurious cottage that is well stocked with all essential accessories that you need for day to day living. Very tastefully decorated throughout, all the comforts of home plus! The outdoor covered patio area is perfect for large group gatherings and a barbecue is available for cooking meals outside, in addition to the large Kitchen with all appliances available for your use and a large island with room to seat 10 people for meals indoors. The great room is awesome and very comfortable as are all the beds and bedrooms. Immaculate, very clean and a pleasure to stay at this cottage. Our family is looking forward to come back next year. The hosts were very accommodating and gave us a very comfortable experience. Great place to chill!!! Thank you.

| There are no words that can truly describe the experience we had at this ?cottage?. This did not feel like a cottage, it was like staying in someone's luxurious home! When we arrived it was IMMACULATE and stocked with all items you would need in the kitchen (utensils, pots etc.). It was a very short walk to a beautiful private beach and right on the golf course. Our kids had a blast and we will certainly be going back there again and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a beautiful getaway! I read another comment above saying pictures don't do justice and it really is true. We were blown away! Thank you to this lovely family for opening up their cottage for us to enjoy!

| Beautiful cottage, pictures do not do justice! Clean and lots of room for our family and our friends that we were vacationing with! Lots for kids do around cottage and area! Everything we needed was provided and the kitchen had everything you would need!!! Will most definitely be renting again!!!

| First time I have ever reviewed anything, anywhere. The cottage is nicer than the pictures which is rarely the case. Very comfortable and well stocked with everything you will need. | Our family had the amazing opportunity to stay at this amazing vacation rental. The location is perfect, providing only a few minute walk to the beach or the golf course. The home has curb appeal the minute you arrive in the driveway. Once you enter the front door, you are greeted by a wide open main floor plan with an incredible view to the back yard through the huge back windows and patio doors. The kitchen is very spacious with modern appliances. The living space contains very comfortable seating areas. The bedrooms and bathrooms have luxurious touches to them and the interior decorating is very tasteful. We have 3 teenagers and the spacious layout provided ample individual space for all, while at the same time providing wonderful gathering spaces for family time. Lots of board games and the retro Atari system was enjoyed by all. In summary, this is the best rental we have ever stayed at, and hope to have the pleasure of staying here again. Jennifer was an amazing host who was very responsive throughout the entire process. If we could provide greater than a 5 star review, we would! Definitely recommend this rental!
