Lake Huron Beach House

The Beach House is a unique cottage, one flight up with an uninterrupted view of Lake Huron. Its main room is filled with sunlight and catches the cool breeze off the lake. Bask in its glow on either your upper private deck or your front yard which is a sandy beach on the water. This unique property has never been listed as it has been in the family for 25 years. It forms part of our family's 100 acre private estate. The kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated.

The Beach House is perfect for a retired couple or for a family of four. It sits on Lake Huron and is 400 feet away from the Mother House, where I live. The Beach House property is extensive, sandy beach in the front and forest walking trails in the back.

Come and play in the sand. Enjoy our forest or bike ride along Manitoulin's fabulous roads. You are welcome to bring your kayak or other water toys for use right at the beach house. There are fabulous swimming beaches nearby; one bay east is the phenomenal Providence Bay while one bay west is the lesser known Lonely Bay. The water level in front of the beach house is very shallow and varies with Lake Huron water levels, but fully accessible to you. For motorized boats, there are several boat launches for both Lake Huron and the inland lakes nearby - I'll be happy to tell you how to get there.
