This custom built cottage is perfect for the large family. It features an open concept design perfect for family fun inside and out. It is situated on 5 acres of privacy on the exceptionally clean Hollow River.
Lots of wildlife visit the river year round. We will even include the boat. Bring your own motor if you don't want to paddle.
Hollow River has great fishing opportunities with bass, pike and perch. Several fishing poles available

Explore the quiet , peaceful and untouched environment the river offers with an early morning kayak. Rental includes a paddle boat and three kayaks and a canoe.
Beautiful clean sandy swimming area with both shallow and deep swimming to suit all ages.
Large firepit for that evening gathering by the river or smaller fire pit area on stone patio for those with mobility issues
Cottage features 2000 sq ft of open concept living space with a loft.
Fully equipped kitchen includes large island and two double sinks. Lots of room for food prep.
Dining room has long table to fit the entire family.
Primary bedroom has 4 piece ensuite with King Bed on main level.
Loft has two bedrooms and a 4 piece bathroom.
One bedroom has a queen bed. The other has two double bunkbeds.
