| Title: This is Heaven Details: My second stay at The Sands brought as much pleasure as the first. After almost 20 years away, I returned in September 2025 to find a pleasantly updated cottage…with ALL amenities for a fantastic week in a secluded, beautiful spot. Amanda and Jeremy have taken such great care and thoughtfulness outfitting The Sands…literally all you need to bring are food and clothing. And oh…the Beach. :-). The whole reason I returned. As lovely (and windy) and soul-fulfilling as ever. Thank you Amanda and Jeremy for sharing this spot! - Shannon

| We are so grateful to have found this cottage for our annual stay on the Island. The cottage is clean, cozy, and perfectly located in a quiet setting. We spent most days on the gorgeous beach, taking long walks, swimming, reading. We were pleasantly surprised by how spotless and well-equipped it was, which made our arrival so easy. The hosts are wonderfully kind and very easy to communicate with. We can't wait to come back!

| We had a wonderful stay at the Sands Cottage. The space was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. One of our favorite features was the outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach, which is just a short two-minute walk away. The beach itself is truly our favorite on the island. It's quiet and peaceful and we often had it all to ourselves. The kids loved exploring and searching for sea creatures at low tide and building sandcastles and jumping in the waves at high tide.
We are already planning a return trip for next year!

| I absolutely loved staying at the cottage! I am of course already obsessed with the gorgeous private beach just a short hop skip and jump from the cottage door but I was really impressed with the beautifully appointed cottage itself. I was staying as a solo traveller and it was perfect for my needs! Everything was very clean and cozy as well and it's such a lovely private stay. The owners are also super lovely, helpful and accommodating. Consider this a retreat space and it's soooo good for the soul, especially at the beach.
I HIGHLY recommend staying here and if you have the means, you should do the FireWorks Feast nearby. It's with Chef Michael Smith and it is costly but worth it for sure - amazing experience. Also checking out the Greenwich National Park is a must.

| The Sands was everything we had hoped for and more. The serenity of having our own private beach was a dream. Why travel to the Caribbean when you can have the same beach experience right here in PEI! The most spectacular beach, by far on the island. We loved the cottage! It was fully equipped with everything necessary to make our stay carefree. Love, love, loved the screened in porch where you can hear the waves and enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night under the twinkle lights and the stars. Immaculately maintained, we will without a doubt, come back in the future.
