Our family cottage has all the amenities of home, and has a gorgeous view of Baptiste Lake! There's nothing better than sitting in the dock listening to the loons sing. Kids and teens can dive into the deep, clear water or kayak, SUP or swim out to the swim raft! Baptiste Lake is a large lake but we are fortunate to be in a quiet bay with minimal boat traffic. Features: Primary bedroom with king bed, guest bedroom with queen bed, open loft with double, and separate bunky with queen and twin since bunkbeds. Bunky is not available during winter. Max 7 guests (regardless of how many beds there are). Cottage is centrally heated, air conditioned, starlink wifi, satellite tv, netflix, washer and dryer, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, with renovated 4 pc bath with separate shower and huge clawfoot soaker tub. Backup generator as well! Open concept kitchen/ living room area with large dining table, and huge deck with outdoor dining and separate level for relaxing while enjoying the view. Newer BBQ for grilling burgers or steak.
In the summer, the 700 ft.² dock is enough room for everyone to relax. The water is clear and warms up quickly in spring. It is approx 5ft deep off one section of dock and 10 ft deep off the longer dock. We have a swim raft to soak up the sun all day! We provide a tandem kayak, 2 single kayaks, a canoe, 2 stand up paddle boards along with PFDs as well as a few other swim toys. Enough for the whole family to paddle out together to explore the beaver dam at the end of the bay or just soak up the sun. You are welcome to dock your boat out front and there is public boat launch 5 minutes away.
Fall is spectacular! Don't miss the short time to enjoy the gorgeous view, hike and you can still get out on the lake to canoe or kayak.
In the winter, you can ice fish, and weather permitting skate on the lake. There are snowmobile trails right across the lake (joins the Paudash Trail Blazers trail #612) which connects to hundreds of Kms of trails. We provide toboggans and snowshoes and a lit skating rink, weather permitting.
NOTE: This is ideal for a couples retreat, work from home getaway, and a family vacation. The property slopes to the water from the driveway and parking so mobility and ability to navigate stairs is necessary to enjoy the property. There are approx 30 steps down from the parking area. Plenty of privacy to enjoy a peaceful getaway.
$750 Refundable damage deposit required. Max of 7 guests (6 in winter), we are not suitable for multi family or large groups.

| We have leased many cottages over the years and this property was perfect! The listing reflected exactly all the features of this cottage. The owners were extremely helpful with all questions and inquiries. Directions and requirements for the boat launch and dockage were excellent. This was our first time at this property and we have already booked for next year!

| The only downside to this cottage experience was we stayed only 3 days! The location, the amenities, the lake - we all had something to talk about as we were leaving.
The cottage is spacious with several sleep options and the open concept makes everything accessible and easy to entertain.
The water activity options were also excellent with opportunities to kayak/canoe/lounge at the shore. The young ones caught some fish too. Great experience all around.
Hope to return again in the future!
