Welcome to Alma Villa, a stunning 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom historic estate perched on the rocky shoreline of Lake Erie in Port Stanley, Ontario. With accommodations for up to 14 guests, this grand Victorian-era home offers the perfect setting for family gatherings, milestone celebrations, or peaceful group retreats. Inside, you'll find elegant craftsmanship, spacious living areas, hardwood flooring, and modern comforts like central air conditioning and additional window units on the third floor. The sleeping arrangements include nine queen beds and a double foldout on the main level, providing plenty of flexibility for guests.
Step outside to enjoy the private fenced lawn, complete with direct lake access and a firepit stocked with wood for cozy evenings under the stars. During the warmer months, guests can unwind in the hot tub (available from April 1 to November 1), explore the lake with provided kayaks and pedal boats, or take a scenic ride on bicycles. A BBQ with a full propane tank is also available for relaxed outdoor meals.
For added convenience, optional services include linen rental for $200, discounted rooms at the nearby Inn on the Harbour, as well as a discounted stay at the neighboring Ice House, for a private getaway. Rates vary seasonally, with weekend stays starting at $2,000 in the off-season and rising to $3,500 during peak summer. Mid-week stays are offered at half the weekend rate, and all bookings require a $500 security deposit.

Your weekly furnished rental term includes:

Mid-week Booking:
Mid-weeks are half the rate of a weekend, and check in is Tuesday at 3 PM until Friday at 9 AM.
A 5PM Monday check-in is available for an additional $200.
Mid-week Days:
Mid-week days may be added to either end of your weekend stay at a rate of $200/day.
Statutory Holiday:
There is a $200 surcharge for statutory holidays/weekends.
Succeeding Weeks:
There is a $200 discount for succeeding weeks.
A $500 reservation deposit is required.
An autodeposit E-transfer to rent3000@sympatico.ca is best, or a credit card as processed through the Inn on the Harbour (+1 519-782-7623). This payment will automatically book your available dates as per the calendar below. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel atleast 60 days prior to your check-in date. Balance of your rent payments must be paid no later than 60 days prior to your check-in date. Cancellation within 60 days results in a forfeit of the $500 deposit. However, the deposit converts to a non-refundable credit that can be applied to any rent, at any of our accommodations within 1-year of the forfeit date.
We do accept a credit card for deposits and your rent payment. Please note that for the rental payment portion, there is an additional 5% processing fee, to use a credit card.
Once your application is accepted, your reservation deposit becomes a damage deposit and will be refunded to you within 7 days after your stay, provided no damages are incurred.
