| We had a beautiful Easter weekend gathering of ten, with our adult children and young grandchildren. The cottage is not only beautiful, but is thoughtfully designed. The extreme cleanliness upon arrival felt very welcoming and the comfortable beds were appreciated at day's end. Tyson was helpful, accommodating and readily available. Perfect setting, easy stroll to the beach and to a children's playground. Our expectations were exceeded. It was a perfect stay!

| Our family of 7 had an incredible time at this cottage. Cottage was spacious, fully stocked with everything needed, and immaculately clean. Tyson (owner) was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had, and always replied promptly. Nothing but good to say about this place!! Thanks again Tyson, for having our family :)

| Wow is all I have to say!!!
This cottage is absolutely beautiful! Location is wonderful, and five minute walk to a private beach. My family and I had the pleasure of staying here for a weekend and I have nothing bad to say about this place, also very clean, newly renovated and spacious.
Tyson and Maria (owners) are so awesome to deal with. Thank you so much for having us stay at your lake house, we will definitely be back again!!

| This Cottage was one of the Best we have had the pleasure to rent. Very Spacious and came with all that is needed, so a family are at ease to enjoy making wonderful lasting memories together.
I personally LOVED the heart of this Home, a Wonderful Kitchen, and the rest of the Living Space is Open with the Kitchen. Therefore ALL who are gathered in this space can be part of the making of meals, since the nourishment of food by a family can be so important to be partaken together.
My husband, and father to our children, passed suddenly in January 2020, so the moment we gathered in April was the first time we were able to, (because of the Covid lock downs till February Family day, and weather and work) His Favourite place was Southcott Pines and so in His memory, we gathered to eat, cry, play games at the table, took walks to catch sunsets together, and sit around an outside fire pit (since my husband always loved making one for us to sit around. So He was there with us in all we did, since we were in His favourite cottage country)
Tyson, you are FOREVER in my heart, as being the most gracious host I could have hoped to find, for such a difficult time in renting a cottage. Thank You !
We ALL hope to find time in the future to return to your beautiful Lake Home, when gathering in His Memory will be easier, and then we will enjoy Our Stay ALL the More !!!

| This cottage is beautiful and located very close to a private beach specifically for Southcott Pines community (Sun Beach), which is much better than Grand Bend's main beach. It had all the conveniences of a modern and newly renovated cottage. Tyson (owner) was great to deal with, extremely responsive and everything was as described. We had a great stay to end the summer! Thank you.
