Welcome to Granite Cove on Kennebec Lake! 3 hrs from GTA 2 hrs from Durham Region 2 hrs from Ottawa 1+ hrs from Kingston 1-1/ 2 hrs to US Border
4 bedroom bungaloft cottage perched high above the treed shore line of Kennebec lake. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Very private and quiet location to get away and recharge. Cottage comes complete with all the amenities of home with the exception of bed and bath linens. Cottage is serviced by crystal clear well water and a full septic system. Equipped with A/C for those hot Summer days and propane furnace and fireplace to warm up after a day out enjoying Fall/Winter activities. Lake Kennebec is known for great all year round fishing. Rental includes use of canoe, kayak, and paddle-board. Easy access to property from HWY 7. Blue Heron Ridge Rd and the cottage driveway are plowed and accessible during the winter. Only a 15 min drive for fuel, groceries, restaurants, and LCBO. September 15 to June 15 - 2 night min stay. Summer season is a 7 night min stay from Saturday to Saturday Additional notes - $150 cleaning fee and a $350 fully refundable security deposit for potential damages to be returned within 7 days of checkout.

| We had a wonderful time at Granite Cove Cottage. Kennebec Lake was great for swimming during the day, and the cottage was a cozy place to relax in the evening. The kitchen is large and it was easy to make big family dinners. The location was great with many amenities like groceries within a 30 minute drive. If you just need a few basic items or some ice cream there's also a store at Springwood Resort, a short walk from the cottage.

| We had an absolutely wonderful week at Granite Cove Cottage! Upon entering, it was clear to us how spotless the cottage was. It had everything we were looking for. Well stocked kitchen provided lots of room to make meals and large table accommodated our family. Living room had lots of space for us to relax on rainy days to read, watch movies and play games. The balcony and the dock were awesome places to relax with a coffee/drink and take in the gorgeous scenery. Paul responded very quickly and was so kind and thoughtful. As first time renters, we feel so fortunate to have had such a positive experience. Thanks again Paul for sharing your little piece of heaven!! We will definitely be visiting again!!

| Girls weekend in the wilderness at a 5-star cottage - more time please! Expect stunning views from both indoors and out. In our case, we enjoyed lots of patio time with the unseasonably warm weather, ending our days by indoor electric fireplace at night. Plenty of room to spread out and relax with a large kitchen to accommodate all our food and beverage storage and prep needs. Overall, the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment.

| This cottage was the best place I've taken my family to this summer. The view when you first walk in the cottage is breathtaking. The drive up was very relaxing and peaceful. Theres lots of thing to do at the cottage, canoing, fire pit down by the water, listen to the birds, and lots of board games for late nights or rain days. My family enjoyed a second of the weekend and would love to come back again soon.

| We spent a week at this cottage in August 2020 and we all had the very best time. Not only is the cottage itself absolutely beautiful, it is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need/want. I was amazed! The kids (and adults) had so much fun using the paddleboard, canoe, peddle boat etc...We even had plenty to keep us occupied when we had a rainy day (games, cards, movies etc...). I can't say enough about the lovely owners as well....Paul was very attentive and super helpful. The kids just asked if we can go back again next year, and I honestly can't wait!
