Pine Lodge is located on quiet Balsam Street, with less than a ten minute stroll to the beach. Beautiful all season cottage, 3 good sized bedrooms, sleep 6,one King bedroom with smart TV, one queen sleigh bed in second bedroom, and a double bed in the third bedroom.

Kitchen has been completely updated making this the perfect chefs kitchen! For the coffee lovers, we offer a drip coffee machine, keurig as well as Nespresso. Dining room has a comfortable dining table that seats 7.

The living room has cozy leather reclining furniture, smart tv, a games cupboard and a ceiling fan as well.

This cottage also has 1 1/2 bathrooms and laundry as well. Unlimited wifi if you need to stay connected!

Pine Lodge has a huge backyard, with room for the kids to run around or set up badminton! Gas BBQ on the 2 tier deck and tons of outdoor seating, including a gazebo. Fire pit area with muskoka chairs.

If you enjoy watching nature, this Cottage is for you! Beautiful pollinator garden with hummingbird feeders as well. Incredibly peaceful on a quiet dead end street.

For larger groups, our 4 cottages are close to each other, perfect for a group holiday but you still have your own space too!

L'il Spruce is located on this property as well, completely private and separate from Pine Lodge. It has its own driveway, guest entrance is on the far side, and is completely behind a custom wood fence. L'il Spruce will be available to rent to guests (max 2) for up to 3 nights, possibly for those nights where you have extra guests. Complete with queen murphy bed, smart tv, unlimited wifi, small covered porch, fire pit and additional outdoor seating.
