Gorgeous Viceroy 3 bed, 2 bathroom Waterfront Home Private and tranquil setting with a gentle slope down to a private dock, lakeside deck with sun loungers and stone patio with campfire pit. Stunning views from the living room, kitchen/ dining areas and bedrooms. Extensive windows, airy vaulted ceilings and beams thanks to the great architectural design. Comfortable furnishings and decor, large patio off the living room with beautiful lake views too, dining table and chairs and overhead party lights for great al fresco dining.
See ducks, geese, loons and cranes. There is a pedal boat or bring your own kayaks/canoes. Room for your own boat at the dock and a nearby boat launch is handy, watercraft and snow machine rentals nearby, short 5 min drive away along with a country store, ice cream and firewood.
We can accommodate up to 6 Adult Guests with 2 children. Main 4pc. bathroom with tub/shower, Master bedroom with lake views from it's own private balcony, it has a lovely Queen sized handmade pine suite, plenty of dresser space for your clothes, TV and a 2 piece ensuite washroom with laundry. Bedroom #2 is the Bunk room, has a double bed and a single over single set of bunk beds, it can fit a family of 4. Patio doors lead to a private balcony with chairs and a wonderful view of the lake. Our third bedroom also has a lake view, it has its own door leading to the main patio and has a TV/DVD player a a beautiful 4 Poster Queen size bed.
Bed Linens/quilts/pillows are provided for all beds with spare blankets.
Fully equipped kitchen open to living/dining area, gleaming granite counter tops with island seating for 4 as well as a dining table for 8 the kitchen has great lake views, as it overlooks the Sunken Living Room. There is an additional TV/DVD and VCR, some movies, more can be brought from home or can be rented in town if needed. There are games/cards for your enjoyment too.
We will provide 1 set of linens per bed, pillows, quilts, extra blankets, kitchen and hand towels, and a few starter supplies, toilet paper, a couple of laundry pods and dryer sheets, a few dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, a roll of paper towel, hand soap and dish soap to get you started. Please do bring your own shower and/or swimming towels from home.
Our water is UV filtered, A water cooler is also available, We also will leave a gas tank for the BBQ and one basket of wood for your first campfire by the water's edge. More can be purchased from the local store.
Our dock is aprox. 30 ft long and 18' wide at the end, the water depth is about 5 ft at the end. Eagle Lake is aprox. 44km circumference with a 72 ft maximum depth and average depth is aprox. 20 ft. Known fish in this lake are Northern Pike, Rainbow Trout, Lake Trout, Small Mouth Bass, Yellow Perch and Smelt. Fish caught right off the dock!

| We had an amazing time at Eagle Escape. The cottage was everything we hoped for and more. Clean, tastefully decorated, well equipped inside and out. Several days of excellent weather with calm waters allowed us to enjoy superb kayaking as well. Brian and Kerry were great hosts and we definitely look forward to spending another holiday there next summer. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cottage with us!!

| This was our first time ever renting a cottage. We are a family of 4 with a little dog. We are so happy we chose this cottage. Brian and Kerri are fantastic hosts. Their cottage has everything you need. It's a classic cottage with a lot of space. The sunken family room with the wood stove was a great hit for us. We absolutely loved it and would not hesitate to return.

| This was our 2nd time back to this amazing cottage. This spacious and very clean and well kept cottage won't disappoint. The new upgrades down by the water are perfect. The fishing in this lake is absolutley amazing. We will be back for a 3rd time.
