Modern Water Access Cottage on picturesque Georgian Bay island. Cottage overlooks a private cove on Sturgeon Bay. 1 hour paddle, 5 minute boat ride from closest Marina. 10 minute boat ride from Pointe Au Baril town dock. Cottage includes:

- hydro, running hot and cold water (well intake and septic.)
- Kitchen with dishwasher, oven and fridge, and multiple small appliances.

- small sand bottom beach (currently flooded up close to the rocky shoreline due to high water levels), but good bottom for swimming is still there.

Access to Georgian Bay, and thousands of acres of crown land. Includes very remote areas accessible only by water. Significant bird watching and hiking opportunities. Access to boating, Historic Lighthouse and scuba diving and snorkeling opportunities on area shipwrecks. Large public beach is available at Sturgeon Bay provincial park, a short boat-ride away. If you want to stay connected, the cellphone reception at the cottage is decent.

Cottage is around 1300 square feet, includes big open area up-front with a view of Georgian Bay. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the main floor, bedding is provided, and a loft with a second bed for children to sleep above. Additional mattresses are available if requested for custom sleeping arrangements. There is a drilled well, hydro, full bathroom. It is heated with pellet stove and baseboard heaters for full comfort in the spring and fall.
