This chalet is a 15-minute walk to the Village at Blue Mountain or a 2-minute drive to the main parking lots of the Village and 5 minutes drive to Northwind beach in George Bay and 7-8 minutes drive to the Scandinave SPA
This area of Tyrolean Lane is all rental chalets making for a lively and fun atmosphere on the weekends but is generally quiet during the week.
This 8 bedroom chalet is 3 story, one of the semi-detached building with another chalet side by side, each with over 2500 square feet in size. The next door is a 9 bedroom chalet with out door hot tub, two chalets are side by side and can be rented together for larger group together, This is an older building with character not a hotel style vacation place.
There is an indoor heated pool located at the side of this cottage that is used all year around. There is also a fire pit located in backyard for the building and can be used for either of the two chalets
The main floor features a wood fireplace, flat screen tv/DVD player, satellite TV and Free satellite wireless internet. Internet is slower than you are used to in a town or city. Heavy downloading and weather affects the signal. there is 1 bedroom on the main floor with 1 queen bed in it.
The upper floor has 4 bedrooms with one double sized bed in each room. There are also (1.5) bathrooms in this floor.
Downstairs in the lower level there are 3 bedrooms with a double sized bunk bed in each room a single size bunk bed in the rec room there is a sauna room in the downstairs as well can be access for the guest. The unit sleeps a max of 20 people.
All bedrooms are small cottage style bedrooms and are perfect for short stays. No master bedrooms or ensuites overall this cottage is rather basic, nothing fancy.
What's included;
- Parking is available for a max of 5-6 vehicles
- basic set of pots/pans, cutlery, plates and dishes, dish towels and dish soap
- coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, salt/pepper
- starter package of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels
Whats NOT included;
** Majority of guests bring their own bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, extra blankets. Bed sheets and towels can be arranged at a small cost from the cleaning company we use
Important Info;
- Must be 20 years old to book a chalet and MUST be present during the stay.
- Rental agreement must be signed and returned
Onsite management office is available from 9AM-9PM
-City By-law, no excessive loud noise after 10PM and try not to use Hot tub after 11PM or before 7AM.
-no pets on furniture or beds, extra charges ($50/stay/pet) will apply for group brings pets
- There are two chalets at this location side by side. This is the right hand chalet.
- Internet is satellite based and slower than in a city or town.
