Welcome to the Beach House on stunning Kennisis Lake in the Haliburton Highlands. The 1200 sq. ft, two levels, 4 season, Beach house is located on 'Prestigious' Kennisis Lake ... 3 hours from Toronto. With over 300 ft of waterfront shoreline, beautiful lake views can be seen in all directions within the cottage. Check in: 3pm Check out: 11am (sharp) The BEACH HOUSE provides: Fully equipped Kitchen, Granite countertops and Pantry. 3 - Bedrooms with queen beds and ceiling fans plus pull-out couch in lower level. Total = 4 beds. 2 - Three-piece bathrooms with glass rain shower and heated tile floors, one on each level. 2 - Living rooms with flat screen smart tv's one on each level... Queen Pull Out Couch in Lower Level. FULLY GATED Main Deck for your pets and small children. Heat Sources: Wood burning fireplace on main level. Some wood provided. (Additional bags 15 $.) Propane fireplace in lower level. Forced air furnace throughout. Potable water with UV / Filtered water system.

WINTER 2026 - Great for snowmobilers!! Excellent parking for trailers. 15 minutes to the Haliburton Forest...
The OFSC/HFSC snowmobile trail # 11 route goes directly in front of the Beach House.
** Winter snow tires are recommended... four wheel / all-wheel drive even better...
The Cottage roads are very well maintained by the township, but snow can fall very quickly, and the cottage laneway is directly off the main township road (Kennisis Lake Road).
Limited space to turn trailer around so you must back in.
*** The Beach House is only a 15-minute drive to THE HALIBURTON FOREST AND WILD RESERVE LTD where there are more trails, the viewing of a live resident wolf pack, star gazing, canopy tours, mountain biking, hiking, dog sledding, snowmobile rentals and trails. https://www.haliburtonforest.com 1 800 631 2198.

| This was our second time staying here at this beautiful cottage and we were amazed as it was just as nice since our last stay which was 2 years ago. Everything was great with our stay from the beautiful scenery to the multiple amenities available (paddle boat, canoes, fire pit, bar on the lake). The cottage has a great view of the lake and we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and eating marshmallows.
The cottage was clean and had everything to keep you comfortable and cozy.
Thank you Geoff and Charlene and keep up the great work.

| We had a 4 night short stay to celebrate my birthday and a prelude experience to our June 2024 rental of this cottage was not in the least disappointed! Geoff is very responsive to messages and helpful with tips and suggestions. The beach is fabulous, the cottage is clean and very tastefully decorated. Coffee lovers delight. We spent many hours relaxing in the hot tub with a martini near by. Unfortunately, our October weather was not the best, but we made the best of it with a few canoe rides, played games, and enjoyed indoor the wood burning fireplace. We are really looking forward to our summer stay and taking full advantage of the two docks and much more outdoor activities abound! A real gem!

| Amazing stay at our favourite beach cottage! Perfect for a family getaway, it has everything you need and more for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight for us is definitely the sandy beach and it's amenities where our three kids spent hours playing every day. Thank you to Geoff and Charlene for their wonderful hospitality and for providing a beach house that truly feels like your home away from home. Hope to see you both again soon!

| Geoff and Charlene are wonderful hosts and take pride in their cottage. They provided us with everything we needed to have a seamless week. The cottage is clean, up to date and beautiful! We had amazing amenities such as , paddle board, kayak, Nespresso coffee, latte coffee machine, washer/dryer to name a few. They were so kind to leave us a lovely bottle of wine I would highly recommend staying at Geoff and Charlene's Beach House!

| As the many other 5 star reviews indicate, the Beach House is a real gem. Geoff and Charlene - well, they make it priceless & a rental you need to plan.
The attention to detail is exceptional, the cottage is immaculate, the shoreline & vista (from both inside the cottage and outside) is why you are looking to head north to the Highlands. If you are a paddler, you'll die at the choices. If you are a bonfire on the beach lover, you'll have your oasis. If you are a couple looking for a romantic living room with cozy fireplace and lake view - book it.
I can't say enough about how responsive & attentive Charlene is - and how thoughtful she was as well, leaving a little welcoming gift.
Book - you won't be sorry. Only wish that this platform allowed for client pics, to showcase the comfort of the Beach House.
