Set in the heart of Muskoka this charming, newly built cottage is the ideal place to unwind and connect with family and friends. Cool off in the quiet waters of this tucked-away bay and enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the dock.

This spacious cottage has three bedrooms. The main floor features a great room with 30-foot floor to ceiling windows, satellite TV, and a wood-burning fireplace and a fully outfitted kitchen with all the amenities of home, including stainless appliances. 

The three bedrooms are on the main level. The master bedroom offers a queen bed as well as a three-piece ensuite washroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has a double bed. All bedrooms have beautiful hardwood floors and double closets. The cottage also has 3 bathrooms for extra convenience.

The grand dining table seats eight guests and the open-concept kitchen, with it's large island, has three bar stools. If dining outside is preferred, the screened room just off the kitchen has seats 8 and the expansive deck, that runs the length of the cottage with lake views has a patio table with lots of patio chairs and Muskoka chairs, for that laid back feeling!

Downstairs, the cooler, walk-out basement features a large sectional sofa and a cupboard chock full of board games and puzzles for everyone to enjoy.  On this level there is also a foosball table and a TV with DVD player. The cottage also has internet.
