You'll enjoy the row boat, four kayaks, luxurious cedar dock and swim raft with ladders. The massive games room with ping pong, foosball and darts and large screen TV lets everyone have fun, regardless of your age. And if you cherish downtime, you'll be happy you came - this place was designed for relaxing. We purchased this serene property at the end of a private lane because of the prime waterfront, quality custom home and amazing sunsets on one of the best lakes in South Frontenac (lawn slopes towards lake). We've fallen in love with the views, the enchanted forest and crystal clear, spring-fed water. And we can't wait to share it with families who value making special memories. Lazy Loon Lakehouse brings the outside in. The main level includes a master king bedroom with walkout to the deck and ensuite with walk-in closet and new 65" Smart TV, and another bedroom with bunk beds (twins). Enjoy sunset views in the open concept kitchen, dining and living area. The walkout area also includes a full bathroom and 33ft long games room with a new 65" Smart TV, ping pong table, foosball table and dart board. The only carpet is on the staircase and unlike other cottages, this super clean home also includes a HEPA filter air system. Unlimited wifi included. Central AC is included.
Outside you'll enjoy pure privacy with trees on either side, 12 Muskoka chairs and a stone firepit with free firewood. At the water's edge you have a deck, a massive cedar dock with a ladder, an 8'x8' cedar swim raft with ladder and excellent weed-free swimming.

Lazy Loon Lakehouse is in the perfect location. Cottage privacy, but only 10 minutes from the scenic town of Westport which includes lots of shopping, beer store, liquor store, pharmacy and an awesome grocery store, restaurants, bakeries and of course several ice cream stores.
Also 10 minutes away is a winery and Foley Mountain Conservation Area. The lovely town of Perth is a 30 minute drive with Kingston a scenic 50 minute drive.

| This was our 4th stay at Lazy Loon Lakehouse - our summer home away from home. The open concept of the lakehouse meets the needs of our growing family and the many private spots on the property permit solitude. The lake itself is quiet and beautiful - the sunsets are spectacular. The host is thoughtful & responsive. We didn't want our stay to end and have already reserved a spot for next summer!!

| We really enjoyed our stay at the Lazy Loon Lakehouse. The cottage is spacious, well appointed and suited the needs of our extended family. We especially liked the dock and floating dock where we spent most of the day. The large frontage provided plenty of space and privacy. The lake is beautiful, we enjoyed kayaking and exploring the points of interest. Ernesta, our hostess was very responsive and helpful. We would go back in a heart beat!

| We had a wonderful sibling reunion during a relaxing week at the Lazy Loon Lakehouse. We were so happy with all of its modern comforts: the bright and spacious rooms with great views of the lake, a well appointed chef's kitchen with a nicely stocked pantry, high quality beds and linens, and a beautiful and private lakefront setting with crystal clear water. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking on the lake, sitting on the dock watching the loons, and going for walks along Hanna Road.

| Lazy Loon was just what we were looking for. We had two families with young children. Lots to do and explore at cottage and in Westport. Our kiddos loved the beach area but the dock and raft were a big hit for lake jumps in the hot afternoon. The cottage was extremely clean and well equipped. Ernesta was always very responsive from beginning to end. If you're looking for a lovely little escape, no need to look any further, you found the perfect spot! We will be back.
