A rare find with 3+1 bedrooms (sleeps 8 plus a pull-out sofa bed). The cottage is very spacious and has two bathrooms, one of them is an en-suite with a shower. Only a short walk to the beautiful South Sauble Beach (approx. 450 metres). Cottage is equipped with A/ C, dishwasher, 2 walkouts to deck and a beautiful sunroom for your morning coffee to enjoy!

| We had a great family time at Three Bears' cottage this past fall. The place was clean, very spacious and had that cottage vibe that our family just loved. Large and very private backyard really helped us relax. Location was good with only a short walk to the beach, we would return for sure.

| This cottage has alot of amenities and a nice new ensuite bathroom. A few things that could be improved are: the queen bed was so squeaky it was difficult to sleep in, the rocking chair smelled like urine as did some of the blankets, there was a pillow with a burn hole in it, there were no towel racks in the main bathroom, the BBQ brush was too worn down to use. Despite this we had a good time.
I was soured by the correspondence with the owner after our stay. If you rent this cottage, wait a little while before writing your review, make sure all the "business" is done.

Unfortunately, following your stay my cleaners reported some damage to the cottage items, including that burnt pillow. I was not there at the time of your check-out, and I have to rely on my very trusted cleaners to report any issues following the guest check-out, which is fair. Your deposit was refunded, the issue was exhausted, and my cottage is just a great place to stay. The mattress is not a squeaky one, there are towel hangers in the main bathroom, albeit no rack. The BBq brush was replaced. | |
