Our family cottage is nestled in beautiful Southcott Pines. This ideal location is perfect for spending your days at the beach, walking into town, hiking or biking along the trails. Simply relax on our fabulous covered deck complete with a hot tub to soak your stress away or cool off under the outdoor fan during your afternoon naps.

The neighborhood's Sun Beach is just a short walk away, or you can choose to park at one of the 2 beach parking areas. The cottage accommodates up to 10 guests and offers three bathrooms. It features an open-concept loft master suite on the top floor, one bedroom on the main floor, and two bedrooms plus a pull-out couch on the walkout level. This cottage is perfect for a large family or up to four couples.

We offer SMART TVs, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, a gas BBQ, two gas fireplaces, kitchen appliances, a Jacuzzi tub in the en-suite, and two family room areas.

Enjoy a BBQ on the wrap-around deck off the main floor, roast marshmallows over the fire pit on our flagstone patio, or shoot some hoops in the driveway all surrounded by nature.

We're conveniently close to many amenities and just a short walk from town, where you can explore Grand Bend's restaurants, shops, and galleries. The Pinery Park, Huron Country Playhouse, Dark Horse Winery, Starlite Drive-In Theatre, and several excellent golf courses are all just a short drive away.

If you would like to use the fire pit, please provide your own firewood. Do not cut down any trees or branches from the property.
The Bunkie and garage is not accessible to renters.

We rented this cottage with 2 other families, 10 people, 4 teenagers and 6 adults. The cottage was perfect in terms of what we were expecting, beautiful wrap around deck, great patio furniture and fire pit outside. The private beach is more like a 15 minute walk(perfect the teenagers) but a 2 minute drive. The onsuite was nice but the jacuzzi tub was real dirty when we turned on the jets and would have been nice to have access to a washer and dryer. But all in all it was a great week, nice cottage and would recommend to others

We just returned from a stay at this cottage. Location was great. Not walking distance to the beach with small kids, but the drive was 2 minutes and easy for us and Southcott beach is lovely. Easy access into town also.

Cottage was very clean and the main living areas were amazing! We loved hanging out on the deck and we made our meals there every night. Communication with the owners was easy, and check in/check out was stress free.

Beds are a bit uncomfortable, so we slept on the sofa - but maybe we just prefer a softer mattress. Also, access to a washer and dryer would be helpful with small children when away for a full week.

Overall great stay and we left happy! Thank you to the hosts for having us!

The cottage was beautiful and large. Fully equipped with everything you would need. The cottage was very clean and well maintained. The beach is a short walk and we enjoyed the nature and trail. The trail has a drop off book for free so you can enjoy reading on the beach. We loved the deck and the bbq and the large spacious living room and we had fun roasting marshmallows by the fire on the patio. The owners are great and we look forward from renting with them again.
